Will any Freepers be attending Eligibility Hearing Monday?

One of her cases, filed against Obama as an individual for actions before he took office, is scheduled for a hearing in a California court Monday.

Will any Freepers be attending this hearing? I have no idea what city though. I requested WND to attend and report on WHO, what, when etc. Specifically WHO, and what they have to say.

Will this take place in a courtroom ? or closed chambers?

If you read the fine print in Orly's article, the judge has already ruled against her (she didn't serve the defendants with the lawsuit properly) and this hearing is on her motion to reconsider. Having practiced law for over 30 years, I can tell you that motions to reconsider are very rarely granted. Judges don't like to hear the same issue twice.

true, but et someone to hear the damn case is like pulling teeth.

the one who can easily make this happen is John McCain if he so choses- he had a senate investigation into his eligibility where the senators said that because his parents (plural) were American citizens that made him a natural born citizen.
If they had only applied the same hearing to Obama we wouldn’t have a socialist for a CIC (Comrade in chief)
