In his speech in Italy this morning, 0 said that his father came to this country from Kenya 50 years ago. From his own lips, this implies that he is not a “natural born” citizen of the USA.

If you read the fine print in Orly's article, the judge has already ruled against her (she didn't serve the defendants with the lawsuit properly) and this hearing is on her motion to reconsider. Having practiced law for over 30 years, I can tell you that motions to reconsider are very rarely granted. Judges don't like to hear the same issue twice.
