Maybe if we never passed the 17th Amendment, we wouldn’t need to be passing these resolutions...
Good news. The Pigs are being left behind to live in their own crap.
That’s right.
The sad truth is, tyrants never rest in their efforts to subjugate the unwashed. The passage of the 17th only greased the skids to make their job a little easier. Not to say the 17th shouldn't be repealed but IMHO, our would-be masters would surely have found another way around such a trifling thing as State Sovereighty and a limited feral government.
Bedtime in these Piney Woods.
Is there any chance Louisiana will be seceding from the Union again?
What’s Texas doing?
Until the next Hurricane.
G’nite. Sleep well.
If you look back in history you will see that we always
fight shoulder to shoulder with Texas,,,
Since the Battle of New Orleans in 1815,,,
Texas boys were there,,,as were my kin,,,
1836 at the Alamo two of the Louisiana Unknown were my kin,
(family history)
April 8th.1864 the Texas Boys rolled the Union flank at the
Battle of Mansfield, again,my kin(18th.Louisiana) that saved
the family farm and the rest of the Red River Valley,,,
And every war till the present day,,,
That said,,,
If we have a meetin’ at “Lands End” I'll ping ya’...;0)
Until the next Hurricane.

Soooooo what state do you live in ?
Have any of these States moved beyond the “Resolution” stage to putting actual teeth into their respective codes? The only one that springs to mind (still on my first cup of coffee) is Montana with its intrastate firearms move. A declaration of intent is great but it doesn’t mean spit until the put actual steel in their backbones.
Arizona is now close to becoming the first state to outlaw climate change legislation. The state Senate voted Monday, 19-10 to approve a bill banning the Department of Environmental Quality from enacting or enforcing measures with language pertaining to climate change.

They’ll never let us go peacefully. Just keep that in mind.
