Have any of these States moved beyond the “Resolution” stage to putting actual teeth into their respective codes? The only one that springs to mind (still on my first cup of coffee) is Montana with its intrastate firearms move. A declaration of intent is great but it doesn’t mean spit until the put actual steel in their backbones.
Arizona is now close to becoming the first state to outlaw climate change legislation. The state Senate voted Monday, 19-10 to approve a bill banning the Department of Environmental Quality from enacting or enforcing measures with language pertaining to climate change.

As I understand it,,,
The Parrish Sheriff's job is the first in line,,,then,,,
he can call the Governor and ask for the Louisiana State
Police,,,next thing that happens is the LA National Guard
be sent in,,,The Feds come last,,,That said,,,
The “Teeth” are already in state law,,,IMHO,,,
If the Fed try a “gun grab” or ??? that goes against
State Law,,,?,,,
Rule 1. Never Cross the Parrish Sheriff !...;0)
Rule 2. See Rule 1...;0)
