President Obama had ears on his mind as he visited one of Egypt’s most famous landmarks this afternoon, the Great Pyramids of Giza.
While looking at a hieroglyphic on a tomb, the President remarked that there was a certain resemblance, that he has in the past had a penchant for noticing.
“That looks like me!” the President exclaimed when he saw the image of a big-eared man on the tomb, “Look at those ears!”
Dragging over his Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, Senior Advisors Valerie Jarrett and David Axelrod and even personal assistant Reggie Love, the President pointed out the hieroglyphic to his staff.
“Look, that’s me,” he remarked yet again.
The President was led around by a guide who explained to him the history outside and inside the pyramids. While touring the Sphinx, the tourist-in chief, dressed in khaki pants, a polo shirt and tennis shoes, clearly appeared to be enjoying himself.
“This is the best,” Obama said to the pool, “Five guys was good…this is better,” Obama added, saying not even his trip to the burger joint, Five Guys last week in DC could best one of the seven wonders of the world.
After the tour the President commented was “awe-inspiring” and “beautiful,” Mr. Obama declared it was time to “go back to work” and headed to meet with US embassy staffers.
Earlier in the day – before his big speech at Cairo University – the President toured one of the largest mosques in the Islamic world, the Sultan Hassan Mosque with his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as well as Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
That’s no worse than Clinton saying he’d like to screw the mummy.
He also made it a point to visit a big mosque on his visit to Turkey. Exactly how many cathedrals has he visited so far?
I wonder if the press was allowed to take pictures. Be interesting to see if he showed any reverance when he walked into the mosque like getting on his knees.
Obviously, this guy has never been to Imp Lake.
So when does construction begin?

I have an odd feeling about this personal assistant Reggie Love guy.
He apparently has the same access as cabinet members.
No value to the country other than holding BHO’s smokes.
An inquisitive journalist could find a juicy story in there.
Nice Sphinx Obama but I think the ears need to be a little bit larger.
OMG! Everything has to be about him. In his speech it is I this, and I that, and I will, on and on and on.
I don’t recall seeing a large ASS carved in stone.
This is truly cringe-worthy stuff.
Given Obama’s hatred of Israel, his resemblance to Pharoah is unsurprising.
Anyone but me think that Hussein thinks he BELONGS on a sphinx? I truly believe that he thinks that he should be put up there to dwarf Mt. Rushmore.
Wudda dumbass! The guy he saw with big ears is Ross Perot, not obi. It’s always about me, me, me.
