Latest Video:Little Rock - One person is in custody, and two others have been transported to a local hospital in serious condition following a double-shooting in west Little Rock Monday morning.
Authorities say the incident occurred around 10:00 a.m. at the U.S. Army Navy Career Center inside the Ashley Square Shopping Center at 9112 North Rodney Parham Road. According to Lt. Terry Hastings with the Little Rock Police Department, two recruiting officers standing outside the office were hit when the unidentified suspect drove up in a black SUV and began shooting.
The suspect led police on a brief pursuit towards downtown Little Rock before being taken into custody in the area of the Interstate 30/630 interchange.
According to the Little Rock Fire Department, a bomb squad is currently on the scene, checking out a suspicious package inside the suspect's vehicle.
Why do I have a feeling we’re in for a long hot summer no matter who the shooters were? At this point, I wonder if some radicals took it upon themselves to get “payback” for Tiller? Of course, there will be a comment that they weren’t somehow the intended targets, or that one of the two recruiters had former gang affiliations...
We know the left will do anything to obfuscate this one.

Explain why there is a new CZAR of FOOD&WATER?
Then explain why selected democratic politicians and their supporters were allowed to decide what car dealerships stayed open, and which did not.
If this bomb-squad element of the story pans out as something, you can bet your week's pay that this is indeed prison-seeded, homegrown terrorism by an African-American and not a gang-related incident.

This is disturbing. We very well could be looking at the first case of actual domestic terrorism since 9/11. This should be the biggest story of the week, if true. We'll see how it's covered in the MSM.

SNIPPET: “The soldiers were part of a recruiting program called “hometown recruiting assistance,” said Lt. Col. Thomas F. Artis, commander of the Oklahoma recruiting battalion that oversees the Little Rock recruiting center. Under the program, recruiters have the soldiers tell their stories to potential recruits. It’s a volunteer position taken while soldiers are visiting or based back in their home region, Artis said.
The two victims were just out of basic training, he said, and had not been deployed.”
Looking at the picture makes me remember the “angry white man” label we were all given after the 94 election.
I’m not sure I’ve ever heard the “angry black man” label.
Anyway, I’m sure all recruiting stating will be protected now by Eric Holder....

Thanks for the update. If it were just a gang-related or personal-grudge shooting it probably wouldn’t involve a bomb, if that’s what this is. This one has some wrinkles to it...

Artis, the two victims were not recruiters, but part of a recruiting program called “Hometown Recruiting Assistance.” Artis says recruiters use soldiers to tell their stories and talk to potential recruits while they are visiting or based back in their home region.
Artis says both soldiers had been previously deployed to either Iraq (web | news) or Afghanistan, but couldn’t offer any further details.”
Other news reports quote Lt. Col. Thomas F. Artis as stating that both troopers had returned from deployments in Iraq / Afganistan...???
