Tens of thousands of faxes and letters are being sent to attorneys general in all 50 states asking them to investigate whether President Obama's state elections submissions included an affirmation that he is qualified and eligible to hold the office of president – and whether those statements constitute perjury.
The campaign has been assembled by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, which already is involved in the issue with a case in California on behalf of presidential candidate and former Ambassador Alan Keyes.
That case challenges Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot in California and is on appeal now after being delayed for months in the federal court system.
The campaign states, "Frankly, the evidence that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Africa – not Hawaii as he claims – and, therefore, cannot serve as the president of the United States, is compelling."

The secretary of state of CA says that it was each party’s responsibility to ensure that their nominee was qualified. In other words Howard Dean was supposed to read Obama’s birth certificate. LOL!

I stopped posting on this subject because I was sounding like a broken record. But not a day goes by that I don’t give thanks to those who have the expertise, and are in a position to continue to fight for the truth.
Obama is a liar and a thief. His refusal to provide us with his birth certificate and his other records (college, medical, etc.) says it all.
In Obama’s home state (Illinois), candidates must sign a sworn statement of candidacy before a notary public which requires the candidate to state his or her eligibility to hold office under oath.
Perjury?
Perhaps.
I remember reading that before. Don’t know what became of it though. Probably nothing. Obama has proven himself to be a gifted student in the art of perjury.

More proof is why did Obomo advertise a COLB anstead of the original birth certificate? I agree, when someone hides something, they have something to hide.
I hope the recent wonderful American tea party spirit will continue to grow and grow and carry over into the upcoming 2010 national elections, and we can boot out those Obama-loving and Obama-does-not-need-to-show-his-Hawaii-birth-certificate senators and representatives.
It’s all gonna come crashing in on Bambi because he is too inexperienced to know that ............ the truth will out.
Our President will be a British born citizen, who has never renounced his British citizenship. And we will be celebrating our anniversary of our national renouncement of British citizenship. How insane is that?
More and more people are beginning to understand that the spirit of the constitution has been violated.
This 4th of July I will see about 100 people. I will make sure that all of them know he was born a Brit. It's a fact that cant be disputed.
