Yeah baby that is of all places Cleveland, Ohio. "Just a few hundred protesters" per Fox 8 News. Guess they couldn't count past all their fingers and toes. Crowd estimate from WTAM and Organizers was 5,000.

In Dayton, we had a very big crowd. 5,000 were signed up. I didn't have a high vantage point, but it could have been anywhere from 3,000-7,000. One problem was that during the 2 hour rally, many people came and went. So total attendance was quite high. I was surprised.
I caution people, though: Sarah Palin had huge turnouts and it meant nothing in November; and the media didn't cover it at all.
Locally, the Dayton Daily Worker DID give the tea party front page coverage with appropriate captions.

There was a report about the Deetroit T party. An estimated 500 blacks showed up with T cups for the free tea

Good morning PA Mom!
There was a fantastic crowd in Washington! I would say at least 500, probably more.
It took us a while to find a place to park, so we didn’t get there on time. I know that the man who is going to run against Murtha was there and he had a phenomenal speech. I don’t recall his name (any help there?). But I didn’t see or hear if Murphy was there. I know he was supposed to be.
We didn’t get to stay as long as we wanted because my husband is getting sick and satnding in the cold rain was not going to help him.
But it was a great crowd none the less. I’m happy to hear our western PA tea parties had such great attendance and that all of them acorss the country went off peacefully with a firm message!

Great pictures! What a fun night we had...I got there just in time for Andrew Wilkow and Newt...the funniest was when that bus broke down and was blocking the view of the folks on the sidewalk. Everyone started chanting—the bus has got to go, the bus has got to go! Finally the NYPD ordered him to move it. Speaking of, a big thanks to the NYPD--great job as usual. Huge thanks to organizer Kellen Guida--fabulous job!

I attended the Phoenix, Arizona Tea Party at the AZ State Capital yesterday. Today, the State Capital Police estimated the crowd at “ 5,000+ “ and they probably underestimate if anything. Massive crowd!

I guess the Springfield Police estimated the attendance at 700-1000. I'm still thinking much more than that.
The lie about it being a “Republican sponsored” event was taken out of KVAL’s report so we were successful in that effort.
Watching KEZI’s coverage one wouldn't think there were more than about ten people there. Their reporter gave a lot of personal face time to the sole disruptor, but several of us clustered around and made the footage unusable.
I actually talked to the guy a bit, and his mission was to preach the environmental doomsday gospel. So I guess not really a disruptor, but an obvious supporter of the Present Occupant who thought his pet issue wasn't being given it's due in Washington.

Great pictures, really proud of you guys. I didnt know there were any conservatives anywhere near that place. Thanks,
It ain't easy sometimes, living here, it's a great place to live but the politics are brutal for us conservative types. Voting results in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties are generally 75% "them" and 25% "us." Texas is looking really good these days.

What I really noticed was that there were NO police. I walked around for a good hour and saw maybe two or three cops.
