The dog was already born, it would have gone to someone; just as well it will live an easy life as the TOTUS' pet pooch. Besides, it sounds like the young 'uns have allergy issues, and "porties" are supposed to be hypoallergenic. You don't hear much about dog allergies. Cats on the other hand ...

These people don’t seem to understand,
the elites are NOT to be held to the same standards
that they’d hold everyone else to.
Their goals are too important to be hindered by
the rules applied to the masses.

I read recently that the breeder who sold a dog to the Bidens took all sorts of heat over this issue too.
always good to see libs turn on each other.

The dog’s 6 months old - she probably already has!

they'd only be happy with this:

How long will this dog last until it is hit by a car and killed like Bill Clinton’s dog “Buddy” once it is no longer needed as a “prop”??

I’ve had nothing but pound pups, but I don’t begrudge anyone their choice of dogs. This is still America..... isn’t it?

Seems so typical of the Liberal mindset. The unwanted dogs are the dogs people should go out and get -- they should be rewarded based on the fact that a lot of people don't necessarily like them all that much. The wanted dogs, the purebred, they should be put down, or at least taxed more heavily.
For the record, I have a purebred cat and a dog from a rescue shelter. Both sources are fine with me. But it offends me when I see Liberals try to steer people away from their own personal choice and instead pushed to choose what the Liberal thinks they should choose.

Didn’t some other pol get hounded for doing the same thing?
Some animal activist group or another made a big stink and the breeder wound up getting investigated, maybe in Pennsylvania.
So are they gonna sic the dogs on Bow-wow-rack O-bow-wow-ma?

Hopefully the girls will love and take care of the pup (and I have no reason to believe they won’t). What I thought was really odd was that neither Obama nor his wife EVERY had a dog growing up.
