Go ahead with it. If there are any arrests the whole movement will erupt in anger. It would show just how exactly right we are about matters!

THANK YOU. And if the gov't buildings are closed on weekends and the critters are at home.... then we need to have the tea parties in front of their homes. In front of their neighbors. If these guys can bus paid protestors and criminals to the homes of AIG workers etc.... well, we have jobs, we work for a living and drive our own dang vehicles. How happy would the Dhimmicrats' neighbors be if the sub-divided nightmares they live in were clogged by thousands of V8 vehicles owned by angry Conservatives?
We're not gonna take it NO We ain't gonna take it.

OK... I don’t normally promote civil disobedience... but in this case I will make an exception... this event is too important to allow the government to not allow it to happen... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this happen !!

Are they afraid we’ll set stuff on fire and flip cars over?
No wait. Our side doesn’t do that.
They’re just afraid we might gain momentum.

Seems like since the POTUS shows his disdain for our constitutional rights, the governor figured he can get away with it.

I agree. Since it won’t be a riot I say people should take it upon themselves to gather and protest peacefully.

Remember how President Bush called in FEMA because too many folks showed up for the Obama inauguration? Imagine the fuss if he had tried to cancel it instead!

Calling in FEMA would have been redundant. ;’)

Wow. Isn’t that the point - to protest the actions (and taxation, of course) of government? Crist is just making the case.

that is an interesting way to shut down dissent...requiring insurance which means without it one is open to lawsuit.

Uh, I think if you’re gathering to protest government overreach, you’re exempt from government regulation of the protest. Duh.

I'm having a hard time remembering when the last time a Code Pink rally was shut down because they feared "too many" would attend.Well, that's different; they know nobody's going to those.
