OAKLAND -- Four Oakland police officers were shot and seriously wounded this afternoon after a car stop went bad, police sources reported.
Two of the officers were gunned down outside their patrol car after they pulled over a car in the 7400 block of MacArthur Boulevard, not far from the Eastmont Town Center. Another officer reported was shot while in pursuit of the suspect. It was not clear where the fourth officer was shot. A suspect was later reported to also have been shot.

What is funny is that they had a gun-back program about a year ago. Collected at least a thousand firearms- including the mayor’s pistol. Then, the gun violence increased in the hundreds. Come to show you that only criminals will keep their firearms when the people give up there’s.
Dude, my alternator crapped out down there on a Friday afternoon as the sun was preparing to set. I’d been drilling all day near the UP tracks and stopped on the way out to make a phone call and the car wouldn’t start. I got the drillers on the line and told them I needed a jump start like an HDL rich man needs a triple bypass. They were still in range and my thinly sliced pork product was saved!
Really? I used to hear cops foot chasing perps down railroad ave. on a nearly weekly basis.
I take it you know how tightly clenched that pork product can get sometimes. I mean you couldn’t drive a thumb tack between those slices with a sledgehammer.

OAKLAND — Three Oakland police officers were shot to death, one in is critically injured in two separate incidents involving one suspect near the Eastmont police substation this afternoon, a police spokesperson said.
Initial reports from law enforcement sources had stated that four officers were killed. However, police revised that statement a short time ago.
The first shooting happened in the 7400 block of MacArthur Boulevard about 1:16 p.m. today when two motorcycle officers were wounded. What led to the shooting was not immediately known.
About 3:20 p.m., two more police officers were wounded in an exchange of gunfire with the suspect while trying to take him into custody in the 2700 block of 74th Avenue. That suspect was shot and killed.

Nancy has stepped into ‘bad timing’ here too per her speech defending every make/model of illegal. But that’ ok. . .with so much ‘crisis’ going down; she can skip the beat easily.

Expect the rifles and any ammo they can fire to be on the ban list, like Monday morning.

May not be good for us either that former attorney general Gonzales is leaning their way as well, because Mexico is haveing such a hard time with all the guns the bad guys are buying here, and taking back across the border...

I am seeing conflicting reports at local TV and news websites, it may be 3 officers dead, not 4.. but a senseless tragedy either way.
I should have inserted “pistol”, I know the rifles can, but it’s surprising that someone would have something that bulky handy in the car (uless they were paying rivals a visit at the time and were interuppted).
Too bad the perp is dead. We could have established a dialog, learned about his problems, found out how society has mistreated him, and how we could make amends, reparations, etc.
But, are they really? Who can you trust? Where's the Beef? That's what they're saying, and it's not like they haven't lied before to advance their agenda.
