I Did It. Justice Roberts Agreed to read all of my documents
Defend our Freedoms Foundation ^ | 3/14/2009 5:47 AM | Dr. Orly Taitz

"Yesterday I traveled to Idaho. I was able to address Chief Justice Roberts during the question answer session after his lecture. There were numerous cameras recording this event and simultaneous feed broadcast to all the campuses of the University of Idaho. Roughly 5,000 people in all the campuses had an opportunity to hear what I had to say, it is in video archives and now everybody knows the truth and knows that leftist media thugs such as Seattle Washington Observer shamelessly twist the truth to fit their Pro Obama blind idiot agenda ..."

At least BIDEN would be the “President-select,” not a Republican.

And at least if the Court actually does something, the “evidence” will be pretty straightforward—like a Kenyan birth certificate—rather than a “subjective” judgment of the Justices that the SCOFLA was violating the law.

Biden has his and his machine’s interest before all else.

Exhibit A: His deceptive questioning of Clarence Thomas in Thomas’ confirmation hearings.

Any more questions?

But I seriously doubt that the Chief Justice identified this guard as a Secret Service Agent or that the Guard identified himself as such...

According to the AP account in the Seattle Times:

"Roberts cut her off by saying that if she had documents with her, she should give them to security officers. He also said he could not discuss the issue."

Quite different from Taitz's account of the incident, which also brings into question her story of what it is Scalia said when she gave a similar performance at his speech. Unfortunately, there wasn't any press report on Scalia's speech that I've seen.

The Video or audio tapes of the Q/A will tell the tale if it ever becomes available. I don’t doubt she said several things trying to preface her question but I remain skeptical of the Chief Justice holding a discourse in public with her about this case or mischarachterising his protection as a Secret Service Agent.

Politics ain't beanbag.

I didn't say I like Biden. What you bring up here hardly reflects upon Biden's intelligence, or lack of it.

“Say whatever you want to about Biden. Oppose him politically as I do. But does anyone doubt that Joe Biden has in his heart the best interests of the United States of America?”

Socialism is the ideology of opposition to the United States. It’s not possible for a socialist to be a patriot in the same way that it’s not possible for a Steelers fan to cheer for the Cardinals.

Excuse me but the question wasn't about Biden's intelligence which is known even to the mentally challenged as deficient.

The question you asked in post # 41 was:

But does anyone doubt that Joe Biden has in his heart the best interests of the United States of America?

So if you think my previous Exhibit A was 'just politics', then you must think that attempting to block conservative black justices from taking a seat on the US Supreme Court using deception and lies is in the best interests of the USA.

Here's Exhibit B:

Biden believed the surge to win the war in Iraq was a bad idea and that General Petraeus was the perhaps the only person to believe it was a good idea. Biden believed in pulling troops out and losing the war.

"Somehow, I do not believe the Chief Justice likes “Shot” questions."

Really, child's play to a man of Roberts' intellect, and experience. He was un-fazed by her questions.

Believing everyone whom you oppose politically to be an idiot is a left-wing notion. Unlike Gore, Biden got to the Senate by himself. No one greased the skids for him.

I oppose the guy politically so it's kinda tough for me to act as his defender. When I suggest that he has the interests of the United States in his heart, I am really thinking that he holds US interests, as he sees them, above any foreign interests. I think some who opposed the Iraq war did so sincerely, and I would put Biden in that category. As for "deception and lies," our enemies describe what Rush says that way. To my mind this is not the way to fight them.

"The ‘I used to post under a different name’ is a fake also."

You can take that to the bank!

While many of us have posted previously under a different handle, there is no circumstance where stating that as a 'wedge' is anything but the stamp of a troll

I personally e-mailed Orly about 4 months ago concerning Resolution 511. She replied stating that it cannot supersede the Constitution. Three things: 1) This language serves to actually incriminate Obama, because is says “John McCain....born to U.S. citizens”. (PLURAL !) The question is why would the Demon-cratic party allow the word ‘citizens’ to be plural knowing that only ONE of BO’s parents was a U.S. citizen ? It would be a self-defeating Resolution ! 2) “Natural Born Citizen” is not defined in the Constitution. However, did the Law Of Nations (ratified in 1789) adequately define this phrase ? 3) Was there a previous “foreign born” Amercian president as this implies ? If so, is that the one that Donofrio researched and found to be guilty of perjury ?

"Is this what this thread is about?"

Tangentally, yes, but to me, Justice Roberts' adroit handling of Orly Taitz is somewhat telling.

He could have given a gesture to the SS and she would have been quickly wisked out, but that would have given her a larger victory. He handled her well.

Take another look at the resolution. It says "candidates," not presidents, who were foreign born and understood to be eligible.

I'm well aware that so-called "Sense of the Senate" resolutions have no weight of law. But, they're useful and have the appearance of such, otherwise they would be pointless.

And, it's just such a nice gesture, so collegial. That leaves me to wonder where Obama's own resolution of eligibility might be. Certainly, there's as much if not more, controversy over this as there was over John McCain. But ... crickets.

You can't be serious! - Nothing this man has done in his life has been good for anything.

Joe has too much resoect for Hussein. To whit:”I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.” “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”
