Besides the unbelieveable drive time to Moscow,ID. the following quotes she supplies is even more astonishing...

Roberts stated “I will read your documents, I will review them. Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them”. His Secret Service Agent approached me and stated ” Give me all the documents, I promise you Justice Roberts will get them”. I had a full suitcase of documents. The agent went to look for a box, he found a large box to fit all the documents, he showed me his badge, and introduced himself as Gilbert Shaw, secret Service Agent assigned fto the security of Chief Justice Roberts. [underlines are mine].

Chief Justice Roberts isn't guarded by any Secret Service Agent nor or any of the other Supreme Court Justices so guarded. Chief Justice Roberts may have had a guard from the Supreme Court Police Unit or possibly a Federal Marshall assigned to him in this travel.

But I seriously doubt that the Chief Justice identified this guard as a Secret Service Agent or that the Guard identified himself as such...

Who's read ALL of The Federalist Papers? And do they speak to this situation?

I think this is totally NEW territory. I've read The Constitution and the correlating Federalist Paper to Art 1 Sect 5 is Paper # 62. If someone wants to file a lawsuit, then file one against The Entire Senate for failing to "Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members when Obama entered the Senate as a Junior Senator from Illinois.

The Democrats only seem to do this when they feel threatened by people like Senator Burris.

Have YOUR CongressCritters even READ The Federalist Papers? If not, how can they properly know how to "Protect and Defend" The Constitution, since they don't know what The Founding Fathers meant when they wrote it?

I want to emphasize, Orly’s was not the only case that went to conference. Berg’s was in conference on January 16th and Orly’s was January 23rd.
