Cramer: Obama’s ‘Radical Agenda Greatest Wealth Destruction I’ve Seen’
FinkelBlog ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Posted on 03/03/2009 5:01:48 AM PST by governsleastgovernsbest

Jim Cramer is a man of the markets. But he’s also a self-confessed Democrat. So when he pulverizes the president’s plans, there’s no partisan impulse in play.

On this morning’s Today, Cramer described President Obama as having a “radical agenda” that is “the greatest wealth destruction I’ve seen by a president.”

A bit later, Cramer foresaw the possibility of a depression, and called on the president to mend his ways.

When it rebounds (after the overcorrection he’s trying to create), 0 will claim credit.

“Robert Gibbs, I just think he’s a partisan Democrat hack.”

Agreed. Anyone who thinks Obama wanted a “different kind of politics” should watch just one Gibbs press conference. Pure partisan hackery at its Washington worst. Never give an inch, never admit the slightest mistake, just distort and defend and protect the president at any cost.

There will be NO rebound, until he is out of office.

NONE! It is impossible to “rebound” by this plan.

It is total destruction of the U.S. economic system, by design.

To force us to accept a Global Government.

This is bigger than George Soros, the real question is who is driving this.

My conclusion is a combine we cannot see. Communist-Muslim alliance.

>> I agree with your analysis...no difference (yet?).

IMHO, the difference wouldn’t come from rust belt states most of whom have their hand out and will vote in their self interest.

The difference will come when the relatively entrepreneurial states, who voted for Bambi not for his union support but for some gauzy hopey changey reason, come to their senses.

What if Californians suddenly had enough? Now THAT would change the electoral landscape in a real hurry.

Likely? No. Possible? I think “yes”.

I guarantee Florida would go for McCain now. It’s not a heavy union state, and it depends on tourists/people to come spend $$$ in the resorts and golf communities. Florida’s housing crisis is indeed serious, and Obama’s plans to tax the “rich” is like sticking a stake in the heart of Florida. McCain would win The Sunshine State handily today.

Cramer is obviously mad because we've gone through a similar mess back in the late 1980's with the savings and loan crisis and got out of it by using a centralized entity called the Resolution Trust Corporation to orderly buy up every bad home mortgage held by the S&L's and sell them off at fair market value.

It's getting to the point that even the powerful Senator Charles Schumer is wondering why the Obama Administration didn't re-open RTC on January 20, 2009 for this very purpose.

To your point: Obama wasn't kidding when he gave that speech in Berlin as the president of the world.

Exactly what I thought when I read Ghost's comment.

My daughter was in England when Obama did his European tour and commented on how foolish he looked. Unfortunately, he was being deadly serious.

&etc

And what’s more — Florida is the home of Rush Limbaugh, Leader of the Free World! :-)

...there are still way too many Americans who get ALL of their news and information from shows like Today and Oprah, etc.

Can you imagine the Oprah's show where she tearfully admits she supported the wrong candidate? (e.g. her book club fiascoes) I might even watch that one!

For everyone who is brave enough to admits they have buyer’s remorse, there are countless others who are too ashamed to do so.

"..global economic ministry, a global currency, and, most importantly of all, the destruction of the US dollar.."

There you go. Absolutely CORRECT.

But hey, this is what a majority of our fellow "citizens" want. Using the term "citizen" very loosely.

Don’t forget, Florida was where Bambi had people screaming “I want pie.” Florida has enough mouth-breathing members of the underclass who, carried and bribed to the polls by Dems, their numbers tripled by the numerous multiple ACORN registrations and graveyard voters, are capable of wiping out any attack of common sense.

I think we’re underestimating the success of Barry’s class and race-warfare tactic.

"This man is dangerous and MUST be stopped."

Well, wooops! The time for doing that was last year. A little late for that now.

"This is really good stuff."

Yup, ha-ah-ha!

Good to see the MSM being caught flat-footed. I wonder if they understood what he was saying at he time he said it? If so, they would have given him the hook. Fast cut to commercial break, and after the break, he's gone!

What network is this, BTW?

I think it may be closer by a point, maybe two, but purely because of the economic impact he's had.

I still think that most of those who supported him continue to do so.
The extreme leftists will die for him. Literally, if need be. He is their Marxist Messiah.

Those who voted for him for purely racial reasons, will support him for a very long time, even the whites. The white liberals who supported him will continue to do so until they are met — personally — with racial hostility. When they realize that supporting, contributing to the campaign of, and voting for a “black” doesn't get you out of your white guilt, some of them will begin to peel away.

The communionists and others who voted for him to benefit their industry will support him as long as they can tap him for more handouts. As soon as the handouts dry up and their industries (the “union” is an industry, don't forget) begin to suffer, they'll start looking for another leftist to support.

Amnesty is the pivotal agenda here. If the Dems get amnesty through, we have no hope of getting constitutionalists elected anywhere. We have to stop that first and foremost.

On yesterday’s show he told his audience to google “Bolshevik and Banks” to learn what is being done to our country.

Especially when you consider all the 401k's that are in deep freefall. Millions of average people rely on 401ks to get the bills paid.

Don't hold your breath, but if she really does, try to get someone to tape the show.
