'Sanctions' sought in President's Eligibility case

A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.
The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since his inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of Obama's records.

Why in the world are they leaving the pictures of his mother online photo-shopped or not? now here's a funny thing...I had two images of the Stanley Ann nudy pics in photobucket, and lo and behold one day all that was there was a little red square and a notice to say they had been removed.

And can immigrants in the US be considered anything akin to the Indians in any of the respects that Trumbull mentions here? Immingrants? Maybe not, but Barrack Hussein Obama I was never an immigrant, he was a visitor, a guest, no different than a tourist here on a student visa. He remained completely a subject of the British Crown, and definitley not "subject to the complete jurisdiction" of the United States. We can and did make treaties with his sovereign, that is the United Kingdom. Those treaties governed his status while in the US (or more general international conventions and treaties)

That’s the one but I didn’t save it not knowing the age Ann was when the photos were taken! That is another slippery slope I would rather not get in trouble with!

If you send your $12.50 to the Hawaii Department of Health and ask them to send you a copy of your birth certificate, what you're sent is precisely what Obama has already provided; a Certification of Live Birth. Unless you specifically ask for a copy of the original/current Certificate of XXX Birth (there are three possibilities for XXX. It will take longer, since they have to pull out the original document rather than generating a print out from a computer database. But it can be done.
There are many cases where it needs to be done. For example, to verfify a previous name, in extreme cases to determine one's birth parents for purposes of obtaining a medical history, or to verify any other information not on the short form/Certification, such as when applying for the Hawaiian Lands Program. It might also be required when applying for a security clearance, since it would verify parents place of birth, which is one piece of information they ask for. Most of the ROTC sites I found said a certified copy of an original birth certificate was required when applying for an ROTC scholarship. The Certification in not a copy of anything, much less of an original birth certificate.

Does Dr. Edwin Viera have a WebSite? Where is he licensed to Practice Law?
Can you give me a citation for any case that he has argued?
The only case that I found listing Edwin Viera as an attorney was in Northern Virginia and Edwin Viera LOST!
Edwin Viera is not listed as an attorney on any SCOTUS reported cases.

I'm sorry, but I can find nothing which states that resident aliens, save for foreign diplomats, are afforded any immunities or that they are subject to anything less than the complete jurisdiction of the United States while they reside here.
The only treaty we've ever had with England which is even remotely close is the Naturalization Convention of 1870. However all it was was an agreement that British citizens could become naturalized in the United States and vice versa.
The only treaty covering any sort of immunities is the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961, however it only recognized immunities granted to foreign diplomats residing in the United States.
So unless you can show what immunities he had which would have made him subject to anything less than the complete jurisdiction of the United States, I don't see that you have an argument here.

I think the native American adoption is possible, but so preposterous that even Obama supporters would roll their eyes if Obama says he’s was adopted by American Indians and therefore is a NBC. BUT I could see him doing it if he has no other choice.
