Spector MUST GO - Lynn Swann For US Senate (PA)

Thanks to GOP Senators Arlen Specter, Susan Collins & Olympia Snowe, the federal government has passed a bill enabling them to devour approximately one trillion dollars of our future wages. That is only the beginning as Barack Obama is just weeks into his unchecked, unbalanced presidency.

These Senators have brought dishonor to our party and we can no longer afford to allow them to hide behind the Republican banner. We would be better off taking the "risk" of losing their seats to the Democrats as their presence has already caused many in our conservative base to leave in disgust.

Indeed we can be a "big tent" party...

Arlen Sphincter and his Scottish law must go. We need a Swann not a Slug in the Senate.

While I agree Spector has to go, I’m not sure Swan has the political chops to get it done as a candidate.

Swann sucked as a candidate. He's too moody and did not like engaging with folks. He also refused to sign any autographs because he was afraid they'd end up on ebay.

Bring back Toomey!

When he runs this time, I hope he gets the full support of the Republican party. I hope that the Republican Party of PA will not be so foolish as to back Specter.

He is a disappointment, seems to have no focus or loyalty.

Have been faxing - hope they are going through. Don't stop trying - here is a good site, go to the senator's 'office location' there you will find the fax number you want.

(keep at it Freepers) and THANKS!

His backstabbing of Toomey aside, I have no problem with Rick, but I doubt that he could get elected again because of some minor baggage he’s carrying.

Specter...YOU'RE FIRED !!

We'll give our time and money to whoever runs against you, and if you survive the primary, we'll fund your democrat rival.

Punishment for you is our first priority !

First off the three of them need to lose all their committee assignments. Take away their power base and TV cameras would hurt them worse then anything. And it would energize the Republican base like it’s never been. So leadership punish these three NOW.

Not only Spector, but all Republicans who cooperate in any way with this illegal Communist regime should be expelled from the Party and lose all GOP support. The Party needs to be purged of Commie allies and fellow travelers. No more Spectors haunting Congress.

Aren’t the dems pushing for Franco Harris?

Amen to that. I'd love to see Rick run again! I'd give money to him in a heartbeat.

I'm guessing not many people remember the debacle where the PA GOP endorsed Swann for governor before the primary was over, effectively anointing him the nominee and forcing everyone to drop out.

You may be right. I like Swann but the most important thing is that we get rid of Spector. I would also love to see Santorum oppose him - if Santorum is willing to do so.
