Rush said Obama would try to split the GOP from it’s conservative base. Barry’s in for a bigger fight than he knows.

"....There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats,” the official said. “We shouldn’t let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done.....”

TRANSLATION: Do what we say and shut up!

The best thing the Reps could do is, if they can't modify this mess in a meaningful fashion, is to vote against it. Let it pass with ZERO Rep support.

When it fails to function as advertised, the SEE, WE TOLD YOU SO! will be an effective 2010 campaign issue.

As this monster is currently fashioned, it will be a huge slush fund for the dems to dole out in 2010 during the election cycle.

Rush said Obama would try to split the GOP from it’s conservative base.

I thought McCain was trying to do that. Of course, McCain did all but endorse his opponent in the race...

I look for Zero and his friends in congress to remove conservative talk radio from the airwaves within two years. They can not stand any criticism.

how you can spend hundreds of millions on contraceptives," House GOP Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) later said. "How does that stimulate the economy?"

Contraceptives make you feel better when you are getting s***w**d.

And if it requires hundreds of millions of dollars of contraception, exactly what sort of STIMULUS does Prezbo have in mind ? Sounds like he’s headed to present the world’s first Quad-X “stimulus”. Not even sure if that’s LEGAL in some states. . . (evil grin)

So first we have this "official" saying...“There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats,” the official said. “We shouldn’t let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done.”

...and then immediately afterwards...

“I won,” he said, according to aides who were briefed on the meeting. “I will trump you on that.”

The response was to the objection by Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Arizona) to the president’s proposal to increase benefits for low-income workers who don’t owe federal income taxes.

Get it? Obama wants to be bipartisan but the moment a valid issue is brought up Obama simply declares, "Fugettaboutit". And then, as a kicker...

Not that Obama was gloating. He was just explaining that he aims to get his way on the stimulus package and all other legislation, sources said, noting his unrivaled one-party control of both congressional chambers.

Contrary to the assurance of the "official" and/or writer, it is not only gloating but proves the lie of some kind of bipartisanship.

What a creep.

Well he sure is the opposite of Bush.

Pretty dang cocky for the least experienced guy to ever take over the oval office.

Rush’s remarks on Hannity must have hit real close to home.

“Support the President but oppose his policies”.

Kinda like how Dems “Support the troops” while calling Bush names and chanting lies about him?

PREZ ZINGS GOP FOE IN A $TIMULATING TALK

"You can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done," he told top GOP leaders, whom he had invited to the White House to discuss his nearly $1 trillion stimulus package.

That wasn't Obama's only jab at Republicans today.

While discussing the stimulus package with top lawmakers in the White House's Roosevelt Room, President Obama shot down a critic with a simple message.

"I won," he said, according to aides who were briefed on the meeting. "I will trump you on that."

The response was to the objection by Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Arizona) to the president's proposal to increase benefits for low-income workers who don't owe federal income taxes.

That's just a sampling of what our people are up against.

If Obama thinks Rush Limbaugh is "just a talk radio host", it is time for his 20 million listeners to let the President know that Rush may be one voice, but he speaks for many.

This is one more indication that we the (conservative) people need to communicate with our elected officials and let them know where we stand on issues. They are the tools we have to achieve what we can, and they need to know what we expect of them. If we do not, and they don't know where we stand, or whether we support or oppose their ideas and actions in the face of this type of intimidation from Dems, we deserve what we get.

Perhaps with this attack on Rushbo by the Obama cabal will embolden Rush to ramp it up ... to the extent that someone in a very public forum will actually challenge Obama’s citizenship credentials to be POTUS.

How long until Rush has to go into exile? This stuff is getting frightening and it’s only day three.

Note to Obamaloon:

Rush can tie BOTH hands behind his back and disconnect his hearing aid and he’ll still trounce you beyond measure.

Face it, he’s far, far more intelligent that you.

Give up, LOON!

“You can’t just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done”

How presidential and leader like can bHo be? For the leader of the worlds primary superpower to call out a CITIZEN by name is very sloppy and far beneath the position.

Pathetic.

This is a win-win situation for Rush. His ratings will soar and justifiably. He is about the only national figure who’ll go after His Fraudulancy.

President Obama warned Republicans on Capitol Hill today that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.

Clue to Barry:

They haven't been listening to him for years.

That statement simply proves how idiotic and misinformed 0 is.

The Republican party stopped listening to Rush Limbaugh years ago. If they had been listening, they would have won a few times.

And as the story continues, I especially like 0 telling Senator Kyl (AZ-R), “I won.” In other words, “shove it loser.” So much for his “new day” rhetoric and “we’re not red states or blue states, we’re the United States.”

What a liar!

0 the Marxist is playing for keeps, and Americans better wake up before they get thrown into death ditches by 0 brown shirts.
