In the language of the street its referred to as "woffen" as in 'wolf-en' or "Mau-Mauing"...from the savage African tribal group known as the Mau-Maus of '60s Congo Rebellion infamy.
Both of these tactics depend heavily on 'white guilt' and timidity for their effectiveness. Typical bully tactics that fail with a verbal (or physical) reply known as the 'b*tch slap.'
