Has Chief Justice Roberts considered the full implications of the action he will take on January 20, 2009?
At this moment in history, one man has the power to stop this monumental fraud and uphold the Constitution. That man is Chief Justice John Roberts. He can and should refuse to swear Obama into office until such time that he has delivered proof of his compliance with Article II Section I, which he has thus far spent a million dollars in legal fees refusing to do.
But if you expect Roberts to do it, you had better think again...

And if a court compelled you to present one and you did not have one that is exactly what you would be required to do.
It is most certainly the obligation of Obama to prove his eligiblity. He applied for the job and he passed all the interviews and now Human Resources is asking him to supply the proper documentation to prove his assertion that he is a "Natural Born" citizen.
His paper work is not complete!

Chief Justice Roberts is an incredibly intelligent and gifted legal mind. He, and his clerks, have access to the same information as everyone else.
So, if he does not see any issue with Obama's eligibility, that pretty much settles it for me.
I don't know that we can stop that from happening ...

I think the answer to that is that you don't voluntarily do what your political or legal opponents demand that you do.
Obama's position is that he has proven that he is a natural born citizen. No government agency or court has said otherwise, so why would he play along with the demands of his political opponents on the internet and his legal opponents in court?
Is refusing to release the original BC causing him political or legal damage? It doesn't look like it. So, why would he bother giving in on this point?
Justice Roberts will swear him in without so much as a raised eyebrow so as to avoid accusations of racism and partisanship.
It's a horrible situation, but the game is over and the republic has lost.

Ok get this. No one anywhere has presented any evidence whatsoever that Obama was not qualifierd to run and now that he has won the election, should not be sworn in as the president and commander in chief. There is overblown rumor, comments taken out of context and overzealous blogosphere pseudo-sleuths who come into the argument with an axe to grind.
The State Department issued Obama a passport as a US citizen. I am not writing as an Obamaphile I am certain of my position as a Clinton detractor. If there was anything to this, Hillary would have been all over it and don’t give me that argument that she didn’t want to rock the Obama boat because she and Bill all but tossed away their leftist credentials by going after the messiah repeatedly.
The argument, “he can put this all behind him by presenting the birth certificate” is similar to the argument used by UFO nuts who believe in secret labs in the Nevada desert.
Please lets move on to more pointed problems.

Especially since there is an actual physical document - that exists that would clear him, or not, of the question of his eligibility if he would only provide it. It is not located is some obscure secret lab but in the government archives of the state of Hawaii.

Rosie ODonell could have made the same demand when she went on about the 9/11 attack being a Bush job because “steel doesn’t burn”. If I remember right Alec Baldwin jumped on the “steel don’t burn” bandwagon. Did anyone demand burning steel tests?!?!
The nut job Gov Jesse Ventura turned even his supporters against him when he claimed to have special knowledge as a former Navy Seal that convinced him the buildings could not have fallen the way they did without conspiratorial action from the inside. Did anyone claim that his theory should be tested by serious engineers?
Now that every court ruling has gone against this long shot and the conservative Chief Justice of the Supreme court is about to swear Obama in, do we really want to hobble conservatism, the only organized and credible political power poised to counter Obama’s plans so we can entertain ourselves?!?!?!

Sorry, no I didn't. Without a link to the full document it's impossible to tell much about it. I note that the DNC is also a defendent. They could have filed the motion.
However, the point I'm disputing is the assertion that Obama has spent a million dollars (or whatever the figure is today) to keep people from seeing the birth certificate. Nobody has offered any substantiation that Obamas has engaged in any substantial legal wrangling over this. Where does the million dollars stuff come from?
Sandra Lines did not endorse all the forgery claims. What she did was point out, correctly, that the document posted on the internet could not be relied on as an official document because it is not the original, and it had certain things blacked out.
Well none of that is in dispute. Those things don't make it a forgery. Nobody was trying to use the internet copy in an official capacity.
The forgery claims have come from some guy on the internet, not an expert.
