A private investigator in Hawaii has uncovered the divorce decree for Barack Obama's father and mother, which indicates they had "one child under the age of eighteen, born in Kenya." That is the report of Ed Hale of PlainsRadio.com, an Internet radio site which has focused upon the natural born Citizen challenges to Obama's presidential eligibility.
Hale announced this during his evening Internet broadcast on PlainsRadio.com, Tuesday, 12/30 and confirmed it with I.O. in an online interview, later that night. He reported that certified copies of this documentation have been sent from Hawaii by the investigator to himself and four others. Hale is to receive his copy today, Wednesday, 12/31 and plans to post it graphically on the site, during the day. He will also discuss this on a special Internet broadcast, between 6 pm and 10 pm Central Time, tonight. The site streams audio as soon as it is accessed via Web browser.

The Texan Internet entrepreneur relates he got fed up with the lack of documentation on Obama and decided to discuss ideas with his radio audience. His offer to hire an investigator was met with piecemeal sums of money from listeners to his broadcasts. Hale said some of the information one would expect to find was not available. For example, documentation from Obama's mother Stanley Ann's divorce to her second husband, Lolo Soetoro, had vanished. Hale speculates, the reason this forthcoming 1964 divorce decree had not also been "scrubbed" could be that the divorce had been filed not by Obama's mother, but by Barack H. Obama, Sr. Thus, it may have been overlooked by any plumbers for Obama.
Hale does admit to incomplete certainty of his investigator's work until he receives it, partially due to the PI's accent, the telephone connection, and his slight hearing impediment. However, he is very confident of what he will receive during the day. Mark S. McGrew, who writes about Obama's natural born Citizen problems for Pravda.ru, accompanied Hale in his broadcast and also expressed confidence. McGrew had sought publication in numerous American news outlets, but they turned down his articles referring to Obama's apparent ineligibility. Russia's Pravda however, decided his effort to find and report the truth was not to be redlined.
As often related, Barack Obama, due simply to his U.K. citizenship at birth via his Kenyan father, is not a natural born Citizen of America, by definition and the original intent of that term. The Supreme Court has turned down cases which make this point, but according to a September decision in a lower federal court (regarding John McCain's eligibility problem), this would be due to a question of jurisdiction, until Congress is to certify the Electoral College vote on January 8. Further action is to occur, after this date. You may read about this in previous I.O. articles and the sites linked in its sidebar.
Meanwhile, on the question of Obama's place of birth, professionals dealing with documents and forensic evidence have testified that the online "certificate of live birth" provided by Obama is not identifiable evidence of American birth. Now, if Obama's parents' divorce decree states that he was born in Kenya (as his Kenyan grandmother has repeatedly stated), the second epistemological wheel is coming off his vehicle to the White House.

I think that Chief Editor Korir was related in some way to Obama, as he has said, and he saw a way to do two things at once. One was to fool a lot of conservatives who wanted to believe whatever Chief Editor Korir said and also to “punish them” and do so out of his connections with Obama. The “chief” saw the “Dark Socratic methodology” as an excellent way to do it, and followed it just like he did. It did work beautifully, as far as a scam goes — and it did, definitely, prove a point (about that Dark Socratic methodology).
The other thing that the “chief” wanted to do, is to run up his website hits, because he was getting ready to branch out to another website and get some advertising to pay for it. He wanted a higher number of hits, for a while, so he could use those figures to boost his advertising revenues (at least for a while, anyway). So, the two things worked together.
As far as what part Ed Hale decided to play in all this, I just don’t know. And what part Berg decided to play in all this, I don’t know that either. I suppose they were duped, but that doesn’t say very much about what else they’re doing now...
As far as me, I’m just an observer who has noticed these things and I see that it’s possibly the very same type of scam that Chief Editor Korir perpetrated on everyone for weeks and months on end, thinking that they were going to get rid of Obama.
And so, I’m wondering what part this whole thing is playing into Ed Hale right now and Berg right now...

Be very wary if you see one delay and another delay and it’s always “just around the corner”. If you see this, just remember that this is what happened with Chief Editor Korir, and Ed Hale and Berg, with this whole Michelle Obama tape thing...

Well..., there is still a chance with the blind Muslim cleric, who escaped to England, who has Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate that he snuck out of the country...
As soon as Chief Editor Korir (of API, African Press International) is able to locate him, we’ll have Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. It should be any day now. The only problem is that the blind Muslim cleric went into hiding when he got to England, because his life was in danger from the Obama people...
Now, if you don’t believe that, I’ll assure you that this is exactly what Chief Editor Korir was assuring everyone — was the absolute truth of the matter...

I’m really mixed up by all this. You are saying the “deaf and dumb investigator didn’t find a thing.” However, when I went to that Prairie website, it has Soetoro Divorce papers posted where it clearly states there are two children—one over 18 and one under 18. It looks like this is what he found. Am I wrong?
On January 9, now that the electoral process is over, the Supreme Court has scheduled a conference to consider Berg's writ of certiori, at which time they will agree to hear his appeal of the lower court's decision that denied his injunction to stay the electoral process because Obama is not Constitutionally-qualified to serve as President, thus paving the way for them to also agree to hear Berg's injunction to stay the electoral process until Obama proves that he is qualified, when they meet again on January 16, because both fall directly under part (c) of its Rule 10:
"(c) a state court or a United States court of appeals has decided an important question of federal law that has not been, but should be, settled by this Court, or has decided an important federal question in a way that conflicts with relevant decisions of this Court."
The situation is clearly "an important question of federal law." And, although this will be the second time the Court has visited presidential elections, this will be the first time that SCOTUS will have been presented with a situation where a President-Elect may not be Constitutionally qualified to serve as President. Therefore, there are no "conflicts with relevant decisions of this Court."
I'm sure that the justices are rethinking what happened in 2000, and if this can happen once, it could happen again. There is no way that SCOTUS can see their decision as being anything but important, historic, and precedence-setting in interpretation of federal law and the Constitution itself. In other words, they will not pass on it.
The 2008 election has raised other, new constitutional questions which the Court feels obliged to answer, such as reaffirming the meaning of the natural-born clause, who has standing to challenge a candidate for President, and who has the responsibility for properly vetting a candidate, for starters.
If you are wondering whether at least four of the justices feel that the gravity of the issue warrants consideration by America's "Court of Last Resort" the answer is, "You bet your bippy it does."
When I was watching the Chief Editor Korir episode with the Michelle Obama tape saying that Obama was born in Kenya, I said “Good, glad to hear that” — but I also said — “I’ll wait to see how this pans out...”
And now I’m seeing that the good ole Chief Editor Korir showed us all “the door” and then slammed it shut... LOL..
And so, seeing how all this has been going thus far and seeing how Obama is trucking right along, on schedule, as any other President about to go into office — I’m going to see what happens on January 20th.

He found a divorce decree that says nothing about Obama being born in Kenya.
If you were listening on the Plains Radio around 7:45 Wed evening (last night), I was the guy who called in from Texas. Let me assure you that the 1964 divorce decree from Hawaii is NOT a hoax — it does exist.
With info that Ed gave me on Tuesday night off the air, I coordinated to have the package pulled at the ramp in Honolulu, placed into a Fed-Ex Next-Day envelope by a person at the terminal to get Ed the next day for last night's show. It was originally scheduled for Two-Day Delivery for some reason — I think either by the PI or as as standard procedure of the Hawaii Courts. However, we WERE able to change the package to Next Day (afternoon) Delivery.
It arrived at LAX on time, shortly after midnight. HOWEVER, we hit a snag — the aircraft broke for approx 4 hours, apparently awaiting a part. The 747 finally took off at 6:47 am Wednesday, bound for Memphis, FedEx’s main hub.
As the morning passed, we began to realize that the package would not get to Ed's local FedEx hub, and then out on a delivery truck to get to him. We tried to transfer it to another location to be picked up at that FedEx depot, to scan it for Wed's show. However, we couldn't pull it off in time to make a departure on Wed afternoon.
Ed will have it Friday at a changed location. Arrangements have been made — it's very safe.
Additionally, I personally spoke with the PI in Hawaii myself Wednesday morning. Let me pass on what I can relay at this time:
- as I understand, because the decree was Certified, it came straight from the Court House to Ed; the PI did not have the opportunity to copy or fax it. (If you've ever ordered an old deed or lien that has to be copied from archived records or microfiche, it's much the same — it's mailed directly to the requester ...)
- The PI did seem to have looked at the Digest version of the Divorce Decree, not the full version Ed is getting. His words to me, was “it's very interesting”
- The PI did not know if the document indicated Obama Jr's place of birth. However, in the early 60s in Hawaii, the place of birth oftentimes does appear in the notes.
- He told me also that the divorce decree was VERY hard to find and not readily searchable — not just a $30 fee at the counter. Significant research had to be conducted. It seems to have been hidden, possibly by Ann Dunham in her youth. (IMO, if it HAD been found already, Berg would have put it on his site along with other docs he's posted: http://www.obamacrimes.info/justthefacts.html. This is NEW documentation)
- The PI indicated that there's evidence that Ann used at least one alias tied to this. It's common knowledge that she used many names (Dunham, Soetoro, Sutoro, and variations thereof).
- There are other copies of the Divorce Decree going other places — the one going to Ed is NOT the only copy! There are back-ups going to other parties.

No, the copy of the divorce decree that Ed Hale is to receive tomorrow 01/02 is the divorce document of Obama’s father and mother. The document you mentioned above it that of Obama’s step father and his mother. What the document states as far as information concerning Obama birth date and place of birth remains to be seen. Ed Hale “believes” it states place of birth as Kenya, but Ed Hale DOES NOT KNOW THAT TO BE TRUE. He has not seen the document and will not see it until sometime tomorrow.
It is a shame that Ed Hale lead listeners to believe that the PI stated the document showed birth place of Kenya, when come to find out, the PI did not say that! Then Ed Hale had to say last night that he DOES NOT KNOW and he must have gotten mixed up about what the PI said due to him being hard of hearing. Wish Ed had not done that and waited to verify the document and verify what the document actually says BEFORE making statements about it.
Are you embellishing? FedEx does not fly 747's. None.
And FedEx would not have a 0247 am departure out of LAX for MEM anyway. At least not one that carried overnight express (freight Charters maybe another thing). All flights carrying Express to Memphis, need to arrive at the Hub in the hours before 0130 CST in order take make the sort.

You said earlier today that “jimmy” who posted those videos is Jimmy Korir the Chief Editor. You said that the guy posting the videos, and Chief Editor, are one and the same. Now you say they are not.
Maybe you ought to type fewer words, but more understandable words that don’t contradict other words that you typed.
Confusing, but here goes...
Ed thought, at first early afternoon on Tues, it was going to be next-day delivery.
Then several hours later, he discovered it would be two-day delivery. By that point, the word had already spread like wildfire that it would be revealed on Dec. 31.
We made some calls Tues night and got it moved to Next Day (p.m.) delivery on Dec. 31, before it was “containerized” on the ramp on Honolulu.
It was destined to make it to Ed on Dec. 31, but the aircraft carrying the package broke on the ground at LAX for 4 hours. Because there are no regular “mainline” FedEx flight ops on Jan 1, it was just “late enough” to NOT be able to make it out to Ed on Dec 31.
That’s when we decided to “secure it” and let it remain on the usual schedule.
This is worse than watching Inside Addition. They keep saying coming up next and it never comes up. :-)
