WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court has turned down another challenge to Barack Obama's eligibility to serve president because of his citizenship.
The appeal by Cort Wrotnowski of Greenwich, Conn., was denied Monday without comment.
Wrotnowski argued that Obama was a British subject at birth and therefore cannot meet the requirement for becoming president.
He wanted the high court to halt presidential electors from meeting to formally elect Obama as president.

I’ve said my last on the “fake COLB” thing. I won’t contest authenticity or inauthenticity on the basis of that. I contest authenticity on the plain language of the document, and the fact that the certification number is blacked out.

"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of fact of birth in any court proceeding."
and the fact that the certification number is blacked out.
Images without the blacked out number have already been posted. The Obama camp originally blacked them out because they thought revealing it might compromise the State of Hawaii's efforts to fight identify theft. Factcheck found out that the number was irrelevent to such efforts, so they reposted the document without anything blacked out.

No. Even if the Internet form is not a forgery, the Hawaiian short form Certification of Live Birth does not provide such proof. It lacks essential information such as the name of the Hawaiian hospital where Obama was born and the name and signature of the doctor/midwife who delivered him. It is missing the same information that would be missing if Obama had been born in Kenya, and his mother had obtained a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth or something like it when she returned to Hawaii from Kenya. The short form is considered inadequate documentation for paternity cases. Why should it be considered adequate for him to assume the presidency?
If you dispute the validity of that proof, the burden is on you.

The burden is on Obama to publicly request that the State of Hawaii and tdhe hospital where he was born release all documentation related to his birth to the press. That should include the "root" document(s) that contains the information on his short form COLB, plus additional specifics of his birth. It could not be easier for him to resolve this. Why has he not done it?
I don't enjoy this. I actually hope that I have some basic facts about Certifigate wrong, which could easily be the case with all this "Internet information." The best outcome here would be for Obama to prove that he was born in Hawaii. I certainly don't want the idiot Biden as president, and I don't want the social and political messes that would follow Obama's disqualification. But more than that I don't want for Obama to be able to get away with scam of this magnitude, if it is a scam. That would be a national disgrace.
Yes it does. According to the state department, the only thing a birth certificate needs is the following:
A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth.

You purposely conflate Certification of live birth with certificate of live birth then use that deceit to try and assert that he has proven he was born in HI. I'm sure you know that certification can be obtained for someone who was born in Indonesia and that certification will read just like the thing Obama placed at Internet access sites (not with state officials charged with verifying that he proves his eligibility according to the Constitution, oddly).
Question for you: Do the weekly updated talking points from Axelrod actually make any changes based upon what is shown to be fraudulent, or are you agitprops just left to keep repeating the same lies?

No it will not! A certification obtained for foreign brith will not list Honolulu as the birthplace. Do you really think the state of Hawaii deliberately lies on its officially certified forms?
Besides, in 1961, the state of Hawaii did not register foreign births. That practice only began in 1982.

What I’ll be doing is working with the state that I’m in to see about getting a law passed in regards to vetting candidates so that we don’t go through this again — getting someone elected who may not be qualified, and who is elected... what a mess that is... (as we can see from all this that is going on...)

Please remember, his Presidency, the Nations resources were applied to 9-11 issues. HUGE financial resources were applied. HUGE man hours were consumed debating the issue. Then there was the media offensive fighting him when he was operating in the best interests of the US of A. 9-11 forced a war posturing,,,, and if you ask me,,, he demonstrated way too much restraint. He should have cleared the bulk of the Mid East. Most of society is asleep and unaware of the encroachment of that threat. His presidency has been under siege since his first step. And its unfortunate, very unfortunate.
