too bad
You said — “cant wait to hear on what grounds it was rejected....”
What makes you think you’re ever going to hear about grounds?
Maybe one of those two will find traction.
More or less. John Adams stated that the Constitution was good for the governing of a good and religious people and inadequate for the governing of any other.
And you still aren't getting it.
And no, it's not the only case, and yes, the others will have the same results.
I don’t give Lightfoot’s case much of a chance as the court has already ruled citizen’s don’t have a standing to question. Keyes is the best chance because he was a competing candidate, thus, the standing is different.
could eventually be in effect our USS Pueblo, Pearl Harbor event, etc.
“Yep. Anyone who thought the birth certificate thing was going anywhere was positively looney. “
Please explain why you think the case has no merit.
There is nothing “looney” about vetting a dishonest candidate whose minions forged his COLB on his website. Obama has something to hide.
Obama’s greasiness on this issue is a bad omen.
There will likely be no comment released from the SCOTUS.
But legal experts will offer their opinions, however only liberal legal experts will receive a fair airing of this in media.
They will diminish it saying there is no merit and it is the product of anti Obama zealots.
The fact that there has been tremendous resistance and investment to obstruct producing the documentation that would resolve the matter will go unmentioned.
‘Yep. Anyone who thought the birth certificate thing was going anywhere was positively looney.’
Leo’s case had absolutley nothing to do with the BC issue. It was about dual nationality because his father was British at the time of his birth.
It is not over. We can start a letter writing (not just emails) to our Senators and Representatives and let them know that any law they vote for which is signed by the Illegitimate President is not valid.
All we need is for a couple of good Senators and Congresscritters to stand up in the Legislature and demand to see Barry’s vault birth certificate. And I think there are a few there who will be willing to do so.
Especially since the Islamic call for Barry to “reconnect” to his Muslim roots.
Is it worth a few bucks in postage stamps? http://www.usa.gov
No, but Mr. Donofrio's case was based on his concerns about Mr. Obama's father's status as a British/Kenyan citizen, and Mr. Obama's self-admitted dual citizenship deriving from his father's citizenship. The Donofrio case raised some interesting issues about natural-born citizenship no matter where the child was born.
Other cases are focused on the birthplace issue, and I hope that one of those makes progress.
I think that it is imperative that Mr. Obama produce all paperwork dealing with his complex citizenship issues: all birth records, both hospital and legal (and I would be unsurprised to find out that there are Kenyan papers, no matter where he was born, since I suspect that his father as a government employee was careful to file papers with regard to Mr. Obama's birth no matter where it might have occurred); all papers dealing with Mr. Obama's visa or citizenship in Indonesia; and produce all passports, both current and expired.
Publishing all documentation would cost Mr. Obama little, and it would serve our country well.
Gary ripped off money from the Peter Paul case and has been sued.
The Keyes case was (and still is) the best case
LS, good luck FRiend, it is like talking to a wall on these threads. If you ask any critical question, even if you agree with the premise, you will be slapped as an anti-Constitutional, Obama lover.
Not heard. This conference is the high level equivalent of a “grand jury”, where the case is not “heard” but is reviewed in enough detail to decide whether it has any merit at all.
Of note, IIRC, this case _had_nothing_to_do_with_the_birth_certificate_! It revolved around O’s parent’s citizenships, not his actual place of birth.
People must understand that the Supreme Court can only act on what cases are brought before them, and that legal technicalities are extremely important. If no viable BC case is brought before them, they cannot rule on the BC issue!
> Please do not label insane the calling out of illegality.
I believe that I just did.
This mess has been an insane exercise in tinfoil hattery a, last gasp by those that simply will not accept an Obamami White House, just as the Gorefantics held out against Florida 8 years ago.
He’s there. Move on. Work to regain ground in 2010, set the foundations for 2012 and make him a one-termer.
Time to Resist.

“Ive been saying this for the past week, yea. Maybe now the FR will regain a bit of its sanity and purpose.”
It’s not insane to expect Obama to have to prove he’s legally entitled to hold the position of President of the United States.
There’s too many people here saying “move on... move on... nothing to see...” with this story, and I don’t understand why. This isn’t some right-wing fringe lunatic conspiracy - it has to do with a very real issue concerning a very real document that Obama obviously and clearly does NOT want anyone to get ahold of, as well as a complete and massive blackout not only by the mainstream press but by most of the people we’d previously thought would be publicly demanding this document be produced.
I appreciate your enthusiasm.
