Told ya so.
Can we now move on to more likely to succeed opposition to Obama?
To: snowsislander
not a shock in my opinion. Leo said it had little chance to make it once they did not make a ruling on Friday.

Gary Kreep is going to be a buy man the next four years.

Yep. Anyone who thought the birth certificate thing was going anywhere was positively looney. It's the same crowd that barked for years in the 1990s, "If the people only KNOW x, y, z about Clinton, they'll impeach him/throw him out/his popularity will fall." Nope.
The voters know all they want about Obama.
It is now time to get serious in the fight against his POLICIES.

So Obama won.
He fought all the way to the Supreme Court to avoid showing his birth certificate. /golfclap
Anyone else, for any other job, and that person would be called a nutcase to spend so much money, to avoid such a simple task.
Clearly its over, but to anyone who thinks about this in a critical manner, its clear that he had a terrible secret to hide.

I think it will not go away and in fact may become larger since he did fight so hard to avoid producing it.
It will not go away.

Let's just hope that there's nothing to the birth certificate thing, because if there
is and someone else, a terrorist group or an enemy nation, gets the goods on Barry's birth, the blackmail threat is infinite.
Note to the SCOTUS: You'd've done this nation a service by airing this out.

Something to hide? Yep, not a doubt in my mind.
But, more importantly, the US Constitution has been dealt another blow by the Liberals.
I fear for the future of this grand experiment.

And along with this, it is CLEAR that the SCOTUS is more interested in politics, than it is upholding the LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION. We continue to enter a very sad time in American history whereby the example of the SCOTUS and Obama, et al, is encouraging the people to avoid and break the law to accomplish their objectives, good or bad.
A complete travesty of justice, if there really is any left in America.

i'm sorry... was this case
heard or just rejected in private?
once again, judges decide whether or not to enforce law. in this case, constitutional law.
and anyone that thinks it makes sense for 0bama to go through all this trouble to avoid showing a simple birth certificate, really needs to stop drinking the kool-aid
