Supreme Court to Uphold or Ignore the Constitution?
Capitol Hill ^ | Dec. 7, 2008 | JB Williams

Posted on 12/07/2008 11:14:58 AM PST by PlainOleAmerican

As of this writing, December 6th, the Supreme Court has not yet announced whether or not it will take up the Donofrio case, or any other case concerning Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office of President.

Yet there is no more important issue before the court today and the clock is ticking.

(snip)

The Supreme Court of the United States of America has but one primary obligation to the American people, and that obligation is to use the power afforded it under Article III—Section I of the Constitution, to uphold, protect and preserve the U.S. Constitution, the Charters of Freedom, and provide equal justice for all, without regard to personal political leanings or ambitions…

The globalist free traders...American manufacturing was basically put out of business with stupid trade agreements and excessive government regulation. The service economy model is unstable and will not work.

Unfortunately the rest of the World and 99% of those in the United States do not give a damn.

I wish it wasn’t so.

I had a VERY strong government teacher in school, Russian by birth, Air Force reservist, did some work for the CIA. He KNEW his constitution.....It is NOT just that BO lacks qualification, It IS the precedence it sets for future generations.

Let me share with you part of the letter I sent to the Justices

Our Forefather’s in their wisdom established our government in three parts to check and balance each other. They specifically stated the requirements for the office of the president. You have sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Unfortunately they did not establish who would vet each candidate to determine eligibility.
Nor did they establish “standing” if such a case were ever to be presented.. Standing , a arbitrary term established for the smooth working of the judiciary system, is not a condition established by the Constitution.
Currently there are two different cases waiting your review: 08A407 and 08-4340. There are at least seventeen more in the lower courts hoping to establish verification or establish who is responsible to qualify/disqualify candidates for the office of President. “We The People” are about to be in crisis if you chose to ignore these cases. We the People all have standing.

Our constitution is being challenged by a lawyer who trained in constitutional law. The Judicial branch of government is being challenged by the Executive branch. Said lawyer is also a student of Saul Alilnsky who taught methods of anarchism.....To destroy the third branch of government that checks his office IS to create chaos......

Are you following me?

You are ignoring law and history. Your bias is showing.

Our constitution is being challenged by a lawyer who trained in constitutional law.

We have no evidence he was "trained in constitutional law". In fact, that he bemoans as a defect of the Constitution its focus on limiting what the Federal Government can do to you rather than what the Federal Government should do for you should tell us quite clearly he either doesn't have a clue what the Constitution is about or just doesn't care.

Probably should have put that phrase in quotes. He THINKS he is trained in the Constitution.

In his arrogance I believe he thinks he can “out smart the system”.... Like a habitual criminal who got away with staling a candy bar as a child, I believe his con of the system at various stages of his life has lead him to believe he IS above the law.

It’s probably as real as stopping Obama from being inaugurated as President. Turn your attention to useful stuff like winning in 2010.

He’s not POTUS yet, if he is inaugurated, then I will work for ‘10, until then I believe in fighting this fraud to the end.

You are very welcome.

I just read both the Hunter and Strunk ‘pro se’ cases. I would encourage EVERYONE to take the time to read them and then comment. They are equally unique in their strategies. The links to the writs are in my post above.

By the way, Cort Wrotnowski took a bus (6 hours +) to get to DC, in order to hand deliver his writ to the SCOTUS.

FYI: Strunk is pulling down a whopping $200 a week in income, as a legal aid in NY.
