Supreme Court to Uphold or Ignore the Constitution?
Capitol Hill ^ | Dec. 7, 2008 | JB Williams

As of this writing, December 6th, the Supreme Court has not yet announced whether or not it will take up the Donofrio case, or any other case concerning Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office of President.

Yet there is no more important issue before the court today and the clock is ticking.

(snip)

The Supreme Court of the United States of America has but one primary obligation to the American people, and that obligation is to use the power afforded it under Article III—Section I of the Constitution, to uphold, protect and preserve the U.S. Constitution, the Charters of Freedom, and provide equal justice for all, without regard to personal political leanings or ambitions…

I didn’t mean that as a joke. I was serious. I’ll take a black marxist for prez, literally. just prove he’s constitutionally qualified.

..... I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory

I'll go a step further, the housing/financial crisis climaxing 30 days before an election. The big 3 being bailed out is nothing but a big socialist takeover of manufacturing and production in this Country....0 comes from nowhere with no verifiable history - beating out Hillary

I could go on but you get it.

We are witnessing a political coup.

Every state has their own type of birth certificate which changes over time. There is no way, you can tell if an online version is fraudulent-not possible. I guess the Republican governor of Hawaii is involve in this cover up as well (sarcasm).

So you are saying obama is nothing. He’s a pawn. He’s the perfect pawn, with one small flaw...his birth certificate. They are so close to acheiving their goal, they will NOT allow this unfortuneate little birth certificate thing stop them.

Is that what you are saying?

...while the limitations of our Constitution may at times appear unfair, is important to remember that it is the restrictions which hold us to the Document, as much as it is the freedoms that bind us together as a nation.

Look, there is no proof that you would accept. If a birth certificate is provided, you will think its a fraud and demand a witness. If no witness emerges than you will always be convinced of this. Although, after 47 years, there might not be witnesses. You don’t want Obama to president. No one does, but he won. By our laws, he will be president. Why not channel this energy into something useful like rebuilding the party.

Say what you will, the Repubs would never have taken the house and senate in 94 without Gingrich.

Couldn't agree with you more.

It was his subsequent lack of back bone in standing up for those principles that got us elected I was referring to

I think putting Calero in the suit is what got their attention and I don’t see how they can afford not to address it.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of Donofrio's take on "natural born citizen," his suit has several layers to it, including this, and the fact that Roger Calero was allowed on the ballot in New Jersey is clearly an issue. He's not even a citizen of any kind, as far as I know. He has a green card, and was born in Nicaragua, to Nicaraguan parents.
