I think putting Calero in the suit is what got their attention and I don’t see how they can afford not to address it.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of Donofrio's take on "natural born citizen," his suit has several layers to it, including this, and the fact that Roger Calero was allowed on the ballot in New Jersey is clearly an issue. He's not even a citizen of any kind, as far as I know. He has a green card, and was born in Nicaragua, to Nicaraguan parents.

My understanding of his case was his duel citizenship, therefore split loyalties
