The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

If this comes to a head, we need to be ready to point the finger directly at them... because it WAS THEIR PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY! The public watchdog has become the socialist propaganda machine.
If no person gets 270 (the majority) of the EVs, the House votes for the next President, and the Senate votes for the VP. You can bet they'll both be Dhimmicrats.

Have you seen the material that his Selective Service Registration is falsified? One lie bets another. Obviously he didn’t considered himself a US citizen and he register for the draft. Looks like he got around toit in 08 instead of 80.

The wisdom of the Founders never ceases to amaze me. I just reread Federalist #68 by Alexander Hamiliton. It is quite prophetic. It relates to the Electorial College and why they were put in place to choose the President. May I quote the 5th paragraph?
“Nothing was more to be desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue and corruption. These most deadly adversaries of republican government might naturally have been expected to make their approaches from more than one quarter, but chiefly from THE DESIRE OF FOREIGN POWERS TO GAIN AN IMPROPER ASCENDANT IN OUR COUNCILS. HOW COULD THEY BETTER GRATIFY THIS, THAN BY RAISING A CREATURE OF THEIR OWN TO THE CHIEF MAGISTRACY OF THE UNION? Let us hope they are free from any sinister bias. May the miracle we pray for happen. May the truth soon come out. May this false candidate be disqualfied and a true patriot, Democrat or Republican, be chosen by the Electors!

Unfortunately you aren't, at least not IMHO.
But even if a federal court becomes involved and the USSC ultimately grants a writ of certiorari the case probably wouldn't work it's way to that point until half way through the Annointed One's term. I seriously doubt that Kennedy would go along with the four originalists to unseat him part way through his term even if he is proved to be Constitutionally ineligible for the office.

If nobody gets a majority of the EV for President, the House picks from those receiving Presidential EV “not exceeding three on the list”. If nobody gets a majority of the EV for VP, the Senate picks from the top two finishers. Neither House can pick whomever it wants.

I believe in leading by example. If SCOTUS and POTUS don’t have to obey the law, the rest of us ought to be exempt as well.
I think we should all get to pick and choose just which laws we want to obey and get a pass on the rest.
Do you think this whole idea of selectively ignoring laws started when the Federal Government ceased to enforce any immigration laws? Or does it go back further?
That kind of Electoral College never truly existed. To the extent it did exist, it was vanquished by the 12th Amendment.
It’s interesting that Alan Keyes would not congratulate That One after the Senate race because he viewed That One’s election as
“...the triumph of that which I believe ultimately stands for ... a culture evil enough to destroy the very soul and heart of my country? I cannot do this. And I will not make a false gesture.”
That One’s opposition to helping the aborted babies was evidently a big part of the Senate race.
The msm is mindlessly worshipping Obama and his choice for Secretary of state.
Keyes is a man of principles.
