I believe in leading by example. If SCOTUS and POTUS don’t have to obey the law, the rest of us ought to be exempt as well.

I think we should all get to pick and choose just which laws we want to obey and get a pass on the rest.

Do you think this whole idea of selectively ignoring laws started when the Federal Government ceased to enforce any immigration laws? Or does it go back further?

Hmmm... you mean like federal income tax laws????

Gee... if SCOTUS doesn't want to pay attention to 17 cases in 12 states, maybe they will pay attention to a few thousand or hundred thousand IRS lawsuits.

You have to remember something, and it’s something very scary. The left in infiltrating many of the most important aspects of society (cultural, educational) didn’t spare civil service. You’ve got leftists infesting entire governmental departments in Washington, including State and Justice. Gargantuan numbers of “fellow travellers” whose goal is to undermine Republican/Conservative administrations. Just electing a President isn’t enough, you’ve got to tackle the culture of these individual departments. They’re going to work overtime to stop any and all investigations (or “persecutions”) of liberal pols, positions, shibboleths, you name it.

I’ve reached the point that maybe we should go back to the good old days of the 19th century prior to the Civil Service reforms so we can at least appoint loyalists at the start of an administration that aren’t actively working to undermine it. As it stands, under Civil Service, the gargantuan numbers of leftist/Democrats are protected under it and Republicans/Conservatives aren’t seemingly much at all, whatever few are even there. The False Messiah will have a VERY warm and favorable army of hacks awaiting to follow his orders in January and carry out a radical agenda and full-on assault on the Constitution. Scary stuff.

So, you are threatening to run rampant through the streets breaking laws and beating up so called journalists????

The journalists better be-careful, the conservatives might riot in their neighborhoods.

I got your sarcasm and feel your frustration. The other side can threaten tantrums and riots if their guy doesn't get elected. Well, what happens when the U.S. Constitution is trampled? When will enough be enough, or will it just be too late? Are there any good men left?

Is there any honor left in journalism? They don't even respect the 1st Amendment that they claim to basically worship. This is the saddest moment in American history since the Civil War.
