The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

That is a good point.
The fact he has not produced it must mean it doesn’t exist.
Why not produce a document to end suits which might bar or delay his tenure of office.
And suppose he isn’t an American citizen, then what? President Biden? A man selected by a fraud?

The biggest question is why, with all these court cases and some going as high as the Supreme Court, are they not being covered by the mainstream media?
OTOH it is not be tried by the MSM. It is being tried in the US court system.....IMO As it should be.

Yes, you’d think a candidate would need to show believable proof of birthplace, etc., long before any election takes place!

Not saying you shouldn’t have replied as you did, I was just making the point that we honestly don’t know who holds the parties accountable.... there IS NO PRECEDENT for this, nor law or procedure for verifying the eligibility for POTUS. Everyone wants to shift the responsibility to someone else, and nobody in our system has the balls to stand up for the constitution. I think SCOTUS knows this is gonna be big... whether he makes it into office or not.

It would be very destructive for our country. I hope it's not true.
But if true, the Constitution must be followed whatever the consequences.
The problem is, the ones who would riot have no idea what the Constitution is, or what it means; and don't care.
They are "at" the Court, but has the Court agree to rule on the merits of either case?
Birth certificates if I recall can be requested if pay some fee. They are not sealed.

Biden is a joke that the majority of dems will scream bloody murder about because they know that walking gaffe machine will do more damage to the party than Obama will.
If they are smart, they will turn on Obama NOW so they will have time to substitute in Hillary.
