The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Not my words, they belong to pa mom, but that word may prove prophetic.
Except no one has done so yet. The property has been owned since 1979 by Nani Smethurst an architect. We have seen an appraisal for the 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house but no one has run a records check for 1960-61. Maybe Andy Martin will check now that he is in Hawaii again. That address has bothered me since I saw the birth announcement and did my mapping and then found out that Madelyn Dunham was a mortgage administrator when she was hired by Bankoh.
The real question is whether you can pull it off without the base. this last election should have shown all the political moderate wonks like yourself, that the answer is NO.
And again at that time a very young beautiful white girl delivers a black baby and everybody never noticed or remember, com on, it would be a scandal among friends and neighbors, while Kenya granny Sarah is bragging that she was there when he was born in Kenya, who to believe???
Here's some thoughts I posted on another thread:
1. There are three reported witnesses (grandmother and two half-siblings) to his birth in Kenya....
NONE to his birth in HI. No Dr, Nurse, neighbor, family member, friend has come forward to say they were there or had memories of THE ONES birth. (Even his now deceased grandmother was kept from all interviews.)
2.Specific statements have been made regarding the African birth: Male child born to Sr and SAD in Coast Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya,......
There are at least two hospitals that have been named as possible places of birth in HI but no confirmation of either. Sister and he have conflicting stories, and IIRC he even contradicts himself.
3.BOTH Kenya and HI has said they cannot release information, yet we know that until 1972, HI registered foreign births and then issued BC based on information from outside sources.
4. It is alleged as a young man that he traveled using other than US passport and that he did not register for the draft. If he was indeed having his tuition paid as a foreign exchange student, these would make perfect sense, and thereby present a need to keep his university records from exposing him. He perpetrated fraud on the government even back then.
I’d like to know what the nearby cross streets are. I used to live in HI and am familiar with the other addresses generally speaking but can’t figure out the area of the announcement address. It’s been years...
Could possibly ask the Registrar’s office to do a search for you....Freedom of informations and all......
You better read my post 1,137, racial designation was different in Hawaii than in any other state of the union, as stated from what I posted at 1,137 from Vital Statistics. The father had no say in the matter of designation, Vital Statistics decided designation based on certain criteria.
There is not now nor has there ever been any proof that Ann Dunham and Sr lived together or that he was even at the birth of Jr. Her high school friends also stated that Ann never mentioned where Sr was when Jr was born!
D you have any idea how many people connected to kennedy died accidentally? Staggering number. Conspiracies can be hidden if one is willing to pay the price. Governments do it all the time.
Thanks, and so if the COLB is not forged, you are likely correct, unless someone else chose African for Obama Sr. Since African is not a race, and not a country, but a continent. Its like someone putting European. Or North American. Why didnt he put Kenyan?
I don't know that for a fact, do you? No argument, just interested.
I know, I have been looking into this since July and have found many more questions than answers, some of which I posted upthread #971. Don’t forget that Ann was back in WA state sometime in August 1961 and didn’t go back to HI until 1963.
I would hardly call it wild speculation, since that is not unusual in these cases, where many litigants are named in the suit.
Those “many litigants” will all have many dollars of legal fees to pay.
Did I somehow give you the impression that I disliked Alan Keyes? He is a brilliant orator, staunch defender of the Constitution, I would vote for him in a heartbeat.
LOL since I have directional dyslexia I work the direction by saying when you get Oahu up on your computer screen all the other addresses are to the left(centered near the University) while the ba announcement is way far to the right along the highway and within walking distance of the beach. When you ask for the directions to get to the University from the address the directions actually tell you to take a U-turn!

Goodness no. I was just putting info out there on the topic.
