It just occurred to me: Keyes is brilliant. All those electorates will have to pay their own legal fees. The longer the case is strung out the higher the bills.

They will want to get it settle immediately to save their “change”. The only way that can happen is if BO presents the paper work......

SO... they will put a great deal of pressure on THE ONE to “get her done!”
