We need a list of the Republicans voting YEA on this bill. I hope John McCain tries to get on board all those Dems that voted NAY. He could use their support back home.
NOES - Jackson-Lee (TX)
Just damn... I’m amazed to be honest...
Pelosi is going to cry. She is on national TV and is starting to bawl.
Gesh, what a old fool she is.
Any idea - roughly - how many of those are up for re-election? I know ours here in Texas is.
Not sure if the above voting totals are actually for the bail out vote.
Someone said it was a roll call vote.
Lots of Congressional Black Caucus members voted no (must be p.o.’ed about ACORN being defunded).
I knew that..........my mistake. Guess I’m just to focused on what this idiot does.
All of them are up for re-election.
Members of the House? They are ALL up for re-election.
Tancredo voted for it??? Wow...
Jackson-Lee against it? It’s more than amazing. Was a blip on the news last night that she was against it because it was a handout but said she was going to “have” to vote for it. She also openly and publicly supported Hillary and caught a lot of flak about it.
I’m sorry. Oh well, I just lost a lot of respect for him. I heard Cantor on Fox blasting Pelosi, and I thought he was against it. I didn’t check his vote.
I think I’m getting totally lost on this whole thing.
3 of my 4 congress critters in Kansas voted NO (2 Repubs, 1 Dem). The other Dem voted yes.
You are right. Gregg’s name is the Republican NV. HOW DARE HE pull a NV and he was the one pushing this thing down our throats. He needs to be the first to not be re-elected. What a whimp! Or, should I say RINO. RINO’s must GO!
Still not sure if this roll call is for the right bill!
Why does it have that title?
“Tom Tancredo voted for it??? Traitor”
Sometimes Tancredo votes @$$ backwards and that’s why I couldn’t get excited about his candidacy for president.
I expected as much from Oregon’s Greg Walden. Another spineless one. And my rep, (R) Herger, voted the wrong way...not a real surprise. Everyone around here likes to think he is so ‘conservative’.
According to the list above, Cantor voted for the bailout. Not really being true to conservatism there.
Well I be, my Dem Soloman Ortiz actually voted NO! I don’t belive it! He must have had hundreds of calls, faxes & e-mails...
It is hard to know which way is up sometimes, and sadly, I think a lot of our Representatives like it that way. I also think there is a WHOLE lot that is not being shared, no big surprise there though, small smile.
Keeping the faith,
Tatt
