The guy who hacked into would-be VP Sarah Palin’s Yahoo email account is none other than the son of a Democratic state representative from Tennessee, posits GatwayPundit. A convincing amount of evidence suggests the “hacker” (perhaps a status he doens’t deserve) is David Kernell, son of Tennessee representative Mike Kernell.

Yeah, those Tennessee legislators are famous for getting their kids special treatment. Wasn't there a 60's Viet Nam War protest song about a Tennesee's Senator's son? Something like..."Fortunate Son"? Ring a bell, Sen. Algore, Jr?

I attempted to post an opinion on that website, but decline to give my name, email address, etc. I was born at night, but it wasn’t LAST night!
My opinion was: Throw the little bastard in the slammer for a while and let Bubba or Willie use him as their “bitch” for a couple weeks. I predict that he’d come back to civilization with a whole different outlook on Law and Order!
I bet you the DUers are praising him as a hero.
He’s just a disenfranchised yoot, trying to let out his frustration at “The Man” for not allowing him to vote for Obama at 15. Age discrimination, dude. Age discrimination. (Five bucks says he’ll be offered blogger credentials at Barry’s election night command center.)

Could this be "like father like son?" I guess they both are following the Socialist Democrat playbook. The law is for you and I, not the elite, especially well-heeled Democrats. Given the father has a disordered mind, who knows what rationale will be offered to explain and forgive the naughty little boy. The damage done cannot be undone.
The unlawful breach was deliberate and serious, with much planning and activity following the successful hack, but it is nothing according to the MSM. Who cares how the enemies of mankind got the information if it hurts or damages our future Vice President.
