Hey, jerk, he raised his hand and said “here!” 400 times or whatever without the aid of a teleprompter.

So back off racist.

Obama has no experience, and no accomplishments. Obama sits on the fence and takes credit for the work of others.

Palin is the real change agent and reformer with a record of success.

Obama running for P, Palin for VP, I’d add that any proper comparison should include 4 VP years of experience to her being Governor, since that would be the likely timeframe for Palin as P.

McCain must have a FR screen name or lurk. We had Sarah rated in the top two since before McCain sewed it up.

It had nothing to do with Hillary. It had little to do with her gender. It was record, actioms and principles.

We are a Christian home-schooling family.

When I mentioned to my family this morning that Sarah Palin, a Christian homeschooling mother of five, might be McCain’s pick for VP, the excitement level went through the roof.

Pr 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

Palin might spell DOOM for the Obama-bin-Biden camp.

Oh, I don’t know...BO managed to get a Chicago slumlord to help him buy his $1.5mil mansion. He managed to hook up with an assortment of Leftists from his teen years to the present. He managed to get Soros to bankroll his political career. And after his election to state government, his crabby wife managed to get a $300,000 “public service” job with no visible qualifications other than an affirmative action degree from an Ivy League diploma mill for minorities.

I’d say these two have accomplished a lot, considering their scant qualifications and abilities.

I think they’ll attack the hypocrisy of attacking Obama and they’ll attack Palin’s husband working for BP oil. He’ll be ‘just another oilman like Bush’, “more of the same”, blah blah

The issue of experience will be discussed. The important thing to keep in mind is that the least experienced on the GOP side is seeking the VP position, yet has more executive experience than the Dem's person seeking to be President. The GOP would win this argument and I think the Dems, with Obama’s 145 days experience, would be really stupid to bring it up.

I was chcukling this morning when some dolt on that dolt Scarborough's show was beating down Palin because she had "no experience". Scarborough of course agreed.

What they are both too stupid to realize is that McCain has them stepping on their johnsons already. ANy attack on "inexperience" simply highlights the fact that Obama has none.

McCains a smart guy.

Palin IS pro America - Obama ISN'T.
Palin IS pro gun - Obama ISN'T.
Palin is AGAINST killing babies (abortion and infanticide) - Obama ISN'T.
Palin has never known to consort with terrorists - Obama has and STILL does.
Palin IS a Christian - Obama IS a Muslim.
Palin IS an American - Obama ISN'T!
Palin IS a Conservative - Obama IS A MARXIST!
Palin could and probably does have a security clearance - Hell would freeze over before Obama could qualify for one.
Palin won't work to destroy this country (hopefully!) - Obama most definitely WILL!

Will Democrats really attack Palin's experience?

What experience? If the case can be made that Obama does not have the experience to be President then there is no way in hell one can say Palin does either. And given McCain's age and health, that's a valid issue to be raised during the campaign. And I guarantee the Democrats will be jumping all over it.

Nice summary and report... I agree completely... And for the Veep debates, bring it on, Scrappy Joe from Scranton! Let’s see all of Scrappy Joe’s scrappiness deal with Governor Sarah Palin.

I don't think it will be Palin for one reason...It would provoke Hillary's followers to "take her down" and McCain with her.

Is she a good choice....Yes...Just not at this point in time.

Sarah Palin is an excellent choice. This puts us over the top barring unforseen circumstances. Keeps Conservative Christians and solidified the female vote. Deflates Obama bounce and mollifies his rock star status in the press. All around good choice.

We ignore this issue at our own peril. McCain’s age and health are legitimate concerns that make his choice for VP more important than most. We all agree on Obama’s poor track record in office, but we can’t pretend that there’s no difference between eleven years of state and national elected representation vs. less than two years of being a governor before which being most significantly elected as the mayor of a town of less than 9,000. We may all feel that policy issues far outweigh the experience issue, but to be unprepared for this line of attack or to think it will be dismissed by the undecided voters would be foolish.

Any reference to lack of exerienc, ANY AT ALL, should be met with the following pretext verbage:

"Granted, her experience is only several years greater Obama's, but she does have executive experience, while Obama has zero executive experienc."

The Republicans should compare her constantly to Obama, not Biden, because it will continually highlight the empty suit called Barrack.
