The issue of experience will be discussed. The important thing to keep in mind is that the least experienced on the GOP side is seeking the VP position, yet has more executive experience than the Dem's person seeking to be President. The GOP would win this argument and I think the Dems, with Obama’s 145 days experience, would be really stupid to bring it up.

But the vice-president is someone supposed to be able to step into the presidency. Look at recent history. Reagan had been in office less than 3 months before someone tried to kill him. Ford had been in office a little over a year when someone tried to kill him. FDR was 4 months into his term with a new vice-president when he died. In any of those cases, can anyone honestly say that a Vice-President Palin would have been able to step in a lead the country? I don't know. There is absolutely nothing in her background to indicate that she could. Maybe she would rise to the occasion. Maybe she wouldn't. Picking someone with such a thin resume is a valid question. And I guarantee you is will be a question that is asked over the course of the campaign.
