Not just Washington, but the vast majority of our Founding Fathers were devout followers of Christ. I keep a copy of Tim LaHaye's
Faith of our Founding Fathers in the family library (bathroom) for daily browsing for my kids. It lists all of the signers of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and details their faith.
