Before we got situated, Chris and Dan, both patients at Walter Reed paid, us a visit. You can see them pictured in the upper left photo. Mrs T and VictoryNY talked with them for a bit. Found out they both grew up at Schweinfurt Army Garrison as a couple of Army brats. They were friends growing up. Both enlisted and went their separate ways. They both ended up together again as patients here at Walter Reed.

Weather was great again. Been great most of the summer. I know it's going to be a good freep when I can put the MOAB together without ending up soaking wet with sweat. This is the kind of man-made gorebull warming I can deal with.

Lots of spirited honking by north and southbound traffic all night. You always get one or two that'll shout "BRING THEM HOME!" or something about it being Bush's war. Not enough to matter. I can't say I'd rather have Code Stink nearby just so we could mix it up with them like we used to. But I'm kind of jealous of \/\/ayne after reading his last after-action report.
