Backlash! 2 million angry Democrats reject Obama?

More than two million angry Democrats are rejecting Sen. Barack Obama as the likely Democratic nominee for the presidency this year, according to a new protest organization.

"I hate to use this word but it's fascist, and that's the approach they're taking to silence any Hillary Clinton supporters," Will Bower, co-founder of PUMA/Just Say No Deal, an exploding coalition of voters who say they have raised $10 million in just days to pay down Clinton's campaign debt.

"Barack Obama wants to give his acceptance speech in a stadium because he intends to minimize any pro-Hillary supporter dissent. It's not because he wants to include more people. He knows that if they pull any shenanigans at convention, the Hillary delegates will walk out, and they don't want that to be seen or heard. They're bringing as many Obama supporters as they can to fill that stadium. It's fascism," he said.

The voters who still are supporting Clinton are doing everything they can to make sure that doesn't happen, raising an estimated $10 million since Independence Day to retire her debt.

Nearly 18 million people voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2008 presidential primaries and many of them believe their candidate was cheated out of being the Democratic nominee for president.

Now more than two million, based on donation and other records, are determined to protest the nominating process and push for an open convention in Denver this August.

"The seeds of discontent for the birth of the PUMA/Just Say No Deal movement were planted during Barack's poor performances at the debates, the media assault on Clinton after Iowa, Obama's arrogance on the campaign trail, and the DNC's selective application of its own rules," Bower explained.

Did you really think the drive-by media would interview the spokeman for PUMA? As for WND, just like DEBKA, even a broken clock is right twice a day...

I’ve said before that I knew things like this were going to give McCAIN a walk in the park into the oval office.

Number 2, when the head to head debates begin, Hussien’s intentions, his naivety, and his overall lack of experience will be his downfall.

The bottom line is that this country has NEVER elected anyone too far left or right, and Obama is just way too far left.

Evidence that the DBM/dems don't care about what are the facts of the case, all they care about and what's relevent to them are their feelings.

Just like in 2000 when there were at least two recounts, they still don't care about facts, Bush cheated. Why, because he won!

I agree....Obama will be unprepared for someone like McCain when the debates roll around. I’m guessing there will be no more than two debates....all to be wrapped up prior to the end of September. The VP debate? I’m guessing one at the most...the democratic VP might be a better debate technician than Obama....thus showing up the boss.

Don't bet on the debates. While the haloed one did not perform up to the level of his scripted oratory the only debate he failed totally was the ABC one. Did it matter that Stephanopolous was clearly in the tank for Hillary and brought up Bill Ayers? You bet it did.

I dong't think he'll beat McCain on the issues, but if he keeps his cool he'll get a draw just on appearance. I don't think he'll be pressed hard by anyone unless they give Brit Hume a shot at the questioning.

I don't buy that. That would be news big enough to appear in place other than this article or others quoting this article.

Yes but the problem is, all good little Communist bend to the will of the Party regardless.

"I hate to use this word but it's fascist

Don't be afraid to use it, it is what he said he was a "progressive pragmatist." The change he is bringing will be the fascist totalitarian state. You are not missing a trick, count yourself lucky that the wool was not pulled completely over your eyes.

Now, pass the popcorn please.

I looked at it. I don’t buy the ten million claim until there is corroboration.

Does anyone know where there's a list of all of Obama's votes against oil drilling and refineries?  This is something we need to publicize.

This is just one guy pimping his site and organization. This is not corroboration of ten million dollars raised.

Hillary is not out of this yet.

She cannot risk Obama being a one-termer.

And frankly there is not enough Botox in the world to make Hillary look good at 69 in eight years, or even at 65 in four years.

No, this is her last moment to get the prize, and the flying monkeys are out there to pave the way.

She and the Empty Suit are only three hundred delegates apart, so she only needs to flip 151 of them by the convention to pull this off.

A lot of people have a lot to gain with the Clintons back in the WH, both here and in foreign countries. I can’t believe they all are just saying “well, we lost oh well. And a political novice is who beat us.” Sure.

No, I think the fight is just beginning. The forces are being marshalled. With Hussein’s flip flops and his increasingly inane remarks and unbridled arrogance, a lot of Dems are having buyer’s remorse.

Many Hillary supporters are not going to support Obama. It will be made to appear that Hillary is being drafted to save the party, but she is the one who will orchestrate the comeback.

This is Hillary’s last chance, I can’t believe she would let it pass by. If she thought she was out, her delegates would have been released by now.
