A possible tornado has struck the Litle (spelling from site?) Sioux Scout Camp in Iowa. Very large response is being reported by media. Large number of injuries.
Oh no. That was the warning issued a bit ago, I guess.
Terrible. Guess daylight will tell the whole story.
Prayers for All!
Very sad. Prayers to all.
If they weren't constantly fighting lawsuits from the Left, that might be different.
May the Lord hold all in harms way.
Blessings down on the first responders to be sure of eye, ear and hand.
May the Lord hold tight all those in suffering and sorrow.
Somehow I suspect a lot more lawsuits coming, and not from the Left.
Press conference on Channel 7 — FD PIO giving report that he can’t confirm any deaths (says only 35-40 kids at camp, admits he hasn’t been to the scene). Seems really out of the info loop, but hope he’s right.
My god, that’s horrible.
If they were there for leadership training that sounds like the Baden-Powell program, or maybe training for the counselors before the scout camps begin.
Our fervent prayers for all of you. Both my sons were scouts—they are special young men and their training will help them through this nightmare.
Stay safe, all!

Large tornado reported near Junction City, Kansas
Reports of extensive damage to the southwest of the city.
That path from Grandview Plaza to Ogden will take it right through the central historic district portion of Fort Riley.
Lots of Soldiers and families living on base. Tens of thousands.
Prayers UP!
Channel 3 has video coming up from the scene from Thomas White. I hesitate to report what the interviewer was told off camera — Thomas told her he was shirtless because he took his off so he could cover the face of one who had died (someone gave him a shirt for the interview).
It weakened a bit and reformed to the north of Junction city, but is now strengthening and passing over Ft Riley and heading for Manhattan and Kansas State University.
NWS radar shows a nearly solid Red-Line across that whole
AREA!,,,Storm line training from SW~NE,,,Long Tail...:0/
