An Alaska woman, accused of killing her newborn baby boy at her parents’ Grand Junction home, gave birth at a neighbor’s home, wrapped him in a plastic garbage bag and left him in a tote bag in a closet that her parents found more than two months later, according to her arrest affidavit.
Morgan Hite, 22, of Wasilla, Alaska, is in custody on a no-bond warrant, but she refused extradition to Grand Junction during a court hearing Wednesday in Palmer, Alaska. Hite has retained an attorney, and her next court appearance is June 6.

Her punishment should be the same as the crime she committed. Make the plastic loose enough so she can barely breath though and she’ll get that gnawing feeling as her stomach cannibalized itself trying to find food and water. Should kill her slowly and painfully but before her two months is over.
Every day seems to bring a story of another outrageous murder of a defenseless little child. A young mother in Chicago has been charged with drowning her 5-month old in the bathtub because the baby interfered with her life of partying:

And just last weekend, a newborn baby was found dead in a toilet at a fairgrounds in New Jersey. The 14-year mother has been charged.
Why did I click on this? I knew it was going to sicken me.
Enough hand-slapping punishment for new mothers who do this sort of thing. We have to stop it, or at least show that it is really not okay with us, which we’re not doing at the moment. I think somebody might be upstairs watching us. Throw the book at her.
If you truly don't want the child just take it to the local hospital and leave it. Most states have abandon baby laws.
