A 2001 photo of William Ayers, an associate of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, shows the former terrorist stepping on an American flag.
The photo was taken to promote Ayerss book, Fugitive Days and published by Chicago Mag for their August 2001 issue.
As Obama has gained national prominence as a Democratic presidential contender media figures have questioned his relationship with Ayers. Ayers once hosted a fundraiser for Obama and the two have served together on the board of a philanthropic organization.
In a nationally televised debate Obama compared his friendship with Ayers to that of conservative Republican Sen. Tom Coburn and that the offensive activities Ayers participated in happened long ago.
ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos asked, Can you explain that relationship for the voters, and explain to Democrats why it won't be a problem?
Obama replied that Ayers is a guy who lives in my neighborhood, who's a professor of English in Chicago, who I know and who I have not received some official endorsement from. He's not somebody who I exchange ideas from on a regular basis. And the notion that somehow as a consequence of me knowing somebody who engaged in detestable acts 40 years ago when I was 8 years old, somehow reflects on me and my values, doesn't make much sense, George. The fact is, is that I'm also friendly with Tom Coburn, one of the most conservative Republicans in the United States Senate, who during his campaign once said that it might be appropriate to apply the death penalty to those who carried out abortions.
No worries, Barack. We are all waiting for you to barely beat Hillary. And if you think your Rev. Wright hurt, wait until we are done with you and this traitor.
I dare him to do that in front of me.
"just another day at the office" for another friend of Obama (who doesn't like flag pins, or putting his hand over his heart during the national anthem either).
How typical of liberals to make this traitor and criminal an honored professor at an American university. He fits right in with Angela Davis and Ward Churchill, two other anti-American disgraces. They should all be shunned.

THE AUDACITY OF TRUTH - BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA
How about seven (7) years ago Barrack? I'm sure you can do the math, and you weren't 8 years old in 2001 when this picture of your close friend and political collaborator was standing on the Stars and Stripes.
Well, now we know why... nObama doesn't wear a flag pin.
If John Kerry can carry it upside down on the cover of his book and get away with it, then this won’t mean a thing to the Dems.
When you see his mugshot from when he was arrested he has that defiant little punk look on his ugly mug. Fast forward 30 years and guess what? Same look.
Also I note the photo was taken in an alley - what a coincidence because that is where I would most like to meet this POS.
Teh spindly William Ayers would only do that in front of you if he had his usual gang of fifty fellow cowards to back him up, who would never fight individually like a man.
Why is Ayres not in jail ?
The True Face of the Democrat Party.
August 2001...hmmm?? I forget..didn’t something happen the next month..??
“I dare him to do that in front of me.”
First dibs on holding his arms behind his back! Carry on...
Does that mean that someone that was only eight years old on 9/11 can be friends with Osama Bin Laden? The point is that you associate with him NOW--AS AN ADULT, fully knowing that he was an unapologetic terrorist. GEEEZ.
Obama's "I WAS ONLY EIGHT YEARS OLD" defense when his friend was a 'bomb tossing terrorist' is absolutely outrageous. (That's almost as bad as his "I HAVE AN EXCUSE" speech on race.)
Let’s see... His pastor and mentor hates America and wants God to damn it. His friend, acquaintance and fellow board member desecrates the flag and is sorry he did not bomb it more. His wife is not proud of America. I see a pattern here.
