I'm tempted to vote "apologize and move on" just so we can promote having this turd-bird as a spokesman for the Democrat Party until election day.

Has a democrat ever resigned for illegal and immoral behavior? They usually don’t have that kind of honor.

As attorney general in 2003, Spitzer spoke with revulsion about prostitution after he brought suit against a Queens company suspected of planning sex tourism trips to Asia.

I voted apologize and move on. If Republicans have to put up with Larry Craig, why shouldn’t Dems have to live with Elliot.

Isn’t it a just horrible that these politicians, on both sides of the aisle, drag their spouses to the podium to apologize for a sex scandals?

I'm amazed that 44% want this little RAT to stay. He should be jailed just for his hypocrisy, much less the federal crimes.

Should Governor Spitzer Resign Yes...from the human race, that is.

The longer both Spitzer and Hil delay the inevitable, and refuse to go away, the better.
In both cases, by the way, they’re blocking moves up by black men. That won’t do the Dems a lot of good in November if they both stick around.

The result of this poll is what the Governor and his staff are looking at tonight. 44% “approval” ‘aint bad, given that he went far lower than that during the licenses-for-illegals brouhaha, and survived. I predict he will NOT resign.
To: Vigilanteman
We’re better off keeping him crippled in office so we can polish him off in 2010. If Paterson replaces him, it may be a decade or longer before we can put a Republican back in Albany.

Apologize and move on. Ho hum.
Eliot needed some semblance of affection after being overworked and under supported emotionally? (And he went nooken for nub in all the wong pwaces?)
And he will likely continue to be a playah in the worlds oldest extra curricular activity.
So thats good for the Pubbies in the next gubernatorial New York election.
Let the clown stick around.
