WACKY WEDNESDAY 
Welcome to the FR Canteen’s Wacky Wednesday where the plan for today is to be silly. That’s right. This is something that comes easy to most Canteeners, but we understand that it may not be easy for others. We hope that by spending the day with us you’ll soon get the hang of it. Today will be considered lesson one. 
Hopefully, by now you are getting the idea of how Wacky Wednesday works. Please join us for the month of February while Mrs. Nooseman, our very own new American citizen, takes a quick break. Please join in with some clean joke & pics.
 Remember the Canteen is a family-friendly place.

I’d advise to stay away from the presoaped ones.LOL
The weirdest thing I ever ate was when I was Army in Germany. Out in the field, we would have a box of doggie "milkbones", and would eat them to see who was the most "manly"/LOL
To this day I don't see (arf) what the (ruff) downside of (woof) that was!!GRRRRRRR!!

I test some time in May, date hasn’t been set yet.
It will be on line but at a professional testing site, probably the same place that they do nursing board exams.
