13 MINUTE UNEDITED TRAILER, never intended for public use, which was leaked on lucianne.com In about two and a half months, on Google Videos and YouTube, the trailer has been seen by over 3.5 million people.
FReeper Katherine Prudhomme of Derry, NH was busy today listening to a Rudy Giuliani speech, asking questions of him, and handing out a few copies of HILLARY! UNCENSORED: Banned by the Media.
Katherine personally handed a DVD to Carl Cameron of FOX NEWS, to two of Rudy's assistants, to Tom Fahey of the Nashua Telegraph, to James Pindell of the Boston Globe, and to a reporter from the Guardian UK.
Sometime during the campaign, the press is finally going to have to pay attention. Hillary is going to be under oath before the election in Paul v Clinton. Also to be grilled are defendant Bill, Chelsea, Gore, Rendell, Wolfson, Craighead, Gray Davis, Larry King, Cher, and Streisand.
When we can solidify the plans, I'll let you know about a showing in Washington, D.C. I am hoping to screen it there on or about Jan. 23. In addition, a movie theatre has been rented in Foxboro, MA for Jan. 19, the night before the conference championship game in which the Patriots are expected to play.

Along with her agents, including a former president, a White House employee, and a strip club owner who popularized the lap dance, Hillary illegally solicited a hard money, in-kind donation of over $1.2 million, helped destroy a public company, filed four false FEC reports, will be under oath in the Los Angeles civil case that will reveal the crimes, and has orchestrated the greatest coverup since Watergate, involving agents of the candidate, a former president, a Clinton-appointed federal judge, and the office of a US Attorney, who hid important video evidence while officials investigations were ongoing and a criminal trial was held.

2. I have not restricted myself to hit and run dissemination of videos and actually have a large body of work on this forum since 1997.
3. A sonnet is a 14-line lyric poem; I don’t think, other than in Miss Newell’s class, I ever wrote a sonnet. (And no one forces anyone to open a post he doesn’t want to read. JimRob stopped forcing people to do that several years ago.)
4. After literally hundreds of posts on the case of Paul v Clinton, many talk show appearances, and many public showings of the DVD, I would have thought that someone who has been here since 1998 might at least have a vague idea about the historic lawsuit that is proceeding to trial in Los Angeles. I guess I will have to wake up.

Thanks, MG. The case doesn’t have to be won for it to be important. Peter is up against people with an unlimited supply of money and the best counsel it can buy. He hopes that people will pay attention to discovery in the case. The depositions, evidence, and testimony are going to reveal the crimes. If the case can raise her negatives several points, it might be what it takes to keep her out of the White House.
What happened to the $1.2 million, did it go into someones' pocket, or was it spent in the course of the campaign? The cattle futures' $100,000 grand went into someones' pocket. It was stealing from farmers whose living depends on a fair market. Makes me boil.
But whatever, seems like this 'old' case had/has no legs. It's looking backwards not forwards. But, good luck if you can pull it off to our advantage.

Doug, your information does not fit into a 15 second soundbite so all those who when to publik skool have no patience to read it. Unfortunately, if crimes in this country require some thought and a few minutes of explanation, people move on to simpler things.

It was no where close. We did have words way back however over your 'sonnet' bashing an Iraq weapons inspector who was critical of invading Iran. Seems he could have been a pedophile, but your verses were too crude for me.
As for the examples of my posts you posted, if you read what I was referring to, you'd probably agree.
As I recall, was this the case where Hillary was dismissed as a defendant? Is that issue on appeal or will it be appealed in the future?
What are the prospects, if an appeal is taken?
I think this event should be on COURT TV.
The CA Supreme Court will decide by about late January whether Hillary joins Bill again as a defendant. After that, discovery can begin and depositions will be taken. The CA Supreme Court already ruled that Bill remains a defendant.
This is so crucial for the future admissibility of evidence, though i do not know the particulars of the case other than what the video showed. I know that statements made out of court by a party to the suit are sometimes easier to get into evidence than statements by non-parties. I don’t know whether that will matter, but I certainly hope taht there is enough of a factual basis to keep the beast in as a defendant.
What was the lower court’s rationale for not keeping her in as a defendant? Lack of personal involvement, or what?

Actually, we are all victims. In the summation by the prosecutor in the David Rosen criminal trial, he said that the case was about the public’s right to know. The public had the right to know the name of the largest donor to Hillary’s campaign and the largest donor ever to a senate campaign. Through four false FEC reports, she has failed to do that.
Peter Paul spent over $1.2 million on the costs of the Hollywood Gala. That was an in-kind contribution and reportable as cash. The event raised over a million dollars for her.
Actions by the Clintons and their agents resulted in the collapse of a public company.
This is not an old case. Unforunately, too many have fallen in that trap that has been espoused by David Kendall and the Clinton spinners. In May of this year, it was discovered that a US Attorney withheld important video evidence that should have been used during the Rosen criminal trial and in ongoing official investigations. Hillary filed her fourth false FEC report in January 2006. How can this be old news when a civil case is soon going to have her under oath, along with defendant Bill, Chelsea, many in the leadership of the Dem Party, and several of the Hollywood elite? The video evidence that was hidden shows Hillary’s involvement in the solicitation of an illegal donation exceeding a million dollars. That is a major campaign finance felony that has been hidden.
This is most definitely not old news. It is a continuing crime. People don’t have the patience to read through thousands of pages as I have done. I hope the DVD really does provide clarity and understanding of the issue.s
