The trial judges used as rationale California’s “anti-SLAPP” law, the intent of which is to protect politicians from frivolous lawsuits during campaigns. We think the law was improperly applied. The CA appellate court would not allow in the appeal the video evidence that had been withheld by a US Attorney (or an assistant US Attorney). That person may be deposed along with the Clinton-appointed federal judge who ran interference for Hillary during the Rosen trial.

The video shows if you tell the truth about Hillary you wind up in solitary confinement in Brazil. It also shows a Clinton can be brought up on criminal charges, suborne purgery and never become a headline in the US.

Rudy is the only one we can count on to use this in the election. Mitt and the other guys are too nice and timid to go for the throat like Rudy.

Is this case definitely going to trial? It would be wonderful if it destroyed Hillary and Bill’s career.

Hillary is going to be under oath before the election in Paul v Clinton. Also to be grilled are defendant Bill, Chelsea, Gore, Rendell, Wolfson, Craighead, Gray Davis, Larry King, Cher, and Streisand.Hey, it'll just be free publicity for (as Clinton supporters will see it) another "Republican smear campaign". But who cares about them?
