He hopes that people will pay attention to discovery in the case. The depositions, evidence, and testimony are going to reveal the crimes. If the case can raise her negatives several points, it might be what it takes to keep her out of the White House.
As I recall, was this the case where Hillary was dismissed as a defendant? Is that issue on appeal or will it be appealed in the future?
