Another anti-Southern bigot is heard from. This is the dream of the secular-progressives, btw.

Richard Dortch -— he has no clue what is happening “up North” among Republicans
OTOH we know all about RINOS from all over the South.

They seem to be turning out more of them every year. It’s almost like someone wrote a parody editorial of a DUmmy or “The Nation” screed and hit all the buttons...

Good-ole-boy Republicans from the South are an entirely different genus. Typically poor or working class, less educated, mildly paranoid; these are the "angry white males" who listen to right-wing talk radio and respond reflexively to hot button social issues. Southern Republicans don't give a hoot about fiscal policy or foreign relations. They want to know where you stand on guns, gays and God.This is so stupid and off base, it's beyond a cogent response

Then you missed this part.
“Look at the GOP presidential candidates. Frontrunners Giuliani and Romney are classic Northern Preppie Republicans. They are gay-tolerant, support reasonable gun control measures and acknowledge (or have acknowledged) a woman’s right to control her own uterus.”

"Richard W. Dortch of Jackson is an independent producer and audio engineer. Write him at Box 23804, Jackson MS 39225."
Funny me, I expected a journalist to have written this pig-ignorant tripe. Guess the papers are having to cast a wide net to set the bar lower to write propaganda for them. I'm sure the paper's janitor has a better handle on reality than this asshat.

Southern Republicans dont give a hoot about fiscal policy or foreign relations.Agreed, I'd say that Southerner simply don't want foreign, domestic or fiscal policy to undermine one or both of the others.
For example, a foreign policy that places our troops in foreign countries while not defending the very borders of our nation from invasion? Go figure...

Maybe if a woman actually did control her uterus (say, put a gate on it) then this wouldn’t be such a, err, prickly issue.

No wonder he lives in a post office box — if I wrote ignorant hateful nonsense like this in Jackson, MS, of all places, I wouldn’t want people to be able to locate me either.

Now that the message has been completely discredited, I’m curious about the messenger. Is this the same Richard W. Dortch that did some federal prison time for defrauding Praise The Lord congregants back in the 80’s?
