As Sarah Kreager, 26, tried to sit down on a Baltimore City bus Tuesday, police say, a middle-schooler told her she couldn’t. When she attempted to take another seat, a middle-schooler wouldn’t let her. Finally, according to police, Kreager just sat down.
She was “immediately attacked” by nine students — three females and six males — from Robert Poole Middle School. They punched and kicked her at 2:59 p.m. at the intersection of 33rd Street and Chestnut Avenue, according to Maryland Transit Administration police.
Kreager was dragged off the bus and her boyfriend, Troy Ennis, attempted to get her back on, police said.
She sustained “serious injuries” and had to be transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to a police report.

People often accidentally kill people who dart out into traffic and they are never arrested.
I havent seen anyone recently who has been at the helm of a car that killed someone not be arrested.
State officials characterized the attack as an isolated and rare act of violence on city buses that was quickly brought under control by police. Crime statistics were not available from the MTA.Nobody died so that means it's just peachy!
Greene said the agency is reaching out to schools, parents and students to let them know that riding city buses after school is a privilege that can be revoked. "If there is a silver lining in this, it's the fact that the bus driver's response was timely, and he knew the proper steps to alert authorities to prevent the loss of life," Greene said.
Who gets to pay the woman's medical bills? And can you just imagine what the response of the government and other officials would be if after the first swing the woman had presented a pistol and after the second had actually engaged the little darlings engaged in felony assault?

My POINT,since you are interested,is that a black kid is way more likely to be a victim of black thug violence than a white or other non black.
Its not right no matter WHO is the victim.
Three years ago,I stood by in horror trying to reach campus security as fifty black kids bum rushed my class and gave a beat down to another black kid who had offended SOMEONE earlier on.They completely ingnored lily white me.
As they quickly vacated the classroom uopn the arrival of security,one of the girls boasted,”well,we kicked that nigga’s ass real good”.
The mob scattered.The victim claimed he did not know any of the kids.Case closed.
Its an everyday thing in the ghetto.

All too predictable. It’s obvious that the politicians have ordered the police to IGNORE black on white crime and to prosecute things like nooses and people who say “brown people”.

They were all 14 and 15 which is highschool, not middle school age: “All nine suspects, ages 14 and 15, were arrested and charged with aggravated assault.”

I’ve never had to deal with this problem, thank God. But I read an article by a self defense expert who said much the same thing: Do EVERYTHING to avoid a fight, apologize even though you did nothing wrong, don’t talk back, run away if you can. Only when there is no option do you fight. And you fight with the understanding that it is kill or be killed. No rules, no quarter given. Bite, claw, kick, kill. Fight with the understanding that when it is over and you won, you will be taken to the hospital and then to jail. —Judged by 12 vs. carried by 6.
Exactly, PF. Sane folks would've done everything within their power to defend this woman, and if that involved beating the absolute tar out of these young criminals, so be it.

Taken at face value, a little harsh. These were 14-15yos, and there were 9 total (6 males if you think girls don’t count). I don’t think 1 man could “save” her.
But, he probably could’ve done SOMETHING - I’m not clear he tried.
