CNN's Wolf Blitzer has been warned not to focus Thursday's Dem debate on Hillary. 'This campaign is about issues, not on who we can bring down and destroy,' top Clinton insider explains. 'Blitzer should not go down to the levels of character attack and pull 'a Russert.'' Blitzer is set to moderate debate from Vegas, with questions also being posed by Suzanne Malveaux... Developing.

Anyone who has ever watched “Prime Minister’s Questions” on C-SPAN realizes just how easy U.S. politicians have it. In Parliament there is little regard for civility as opposing MPs try to rip the PM a new a**hole each and every week. The questions are often nasty and sarcastic and if the answer is not liked, the leader of Britain is heckled and scoffed at loudly. The UK press is also very nasty. Hillary Clinton would blow a gasket after 1 minute of that treatment. I wish our Senate were more like that, with GOP Senators loudly heckling Ted Kennedy about Chappaquiddick every time he makes a partisan speech. Why do we treat our representatives with such kid gloves? They should be battered by the press and each other and forced to stand up—or fall hard.
