The government has been deporting them for two decades, and they just come right back in. There should be a federal law allowing for their immediate execution if they return. US citizens that join MS-13 should be treated as traitors since the organization is a foreign paramilitary force. And, this includes any politician or government official that has granted favors to MS-13.

I agree we should just execute them I am sorry to say. They are dangerous & have no regard for life. We have to do something to be rid of them IMO.

Invasion...cartel death squads now operate in the US with impunity...

Time for a perminate troop presence on our southern border and a wall with 50 cals every thousand meters...

If it moves...shoot it...

If it dont move...use it for target practice...

MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha) is classified as a gang by our government, but MS-13 was, and for all practical purposes, still is a paramilitary organization.

I distinctly remember two acts of violence here in the DC metro area in the past couple of years: the machete attacks; and the car that was left burning on Route 7 in eastern Loudoun in the middle of the night.

MS-13 and other gangs (paramilitary organizations) pose a significant threat to public safety in various localities and must be dealt with.

When I read comments like these, it's rather easy to respond on the exact points you are addressing and forget to think a little more in the abstract.

Our leaders know what you are talking about.  Local police agencies across this nation are aware of it.  Emergency responders and the emergency rooms across the nation are aware of it.  The FBI is aware of it.  ICE is aware of it.  Our Congressmen and Senators are aware of it.  Our President is aware of it.  Despite this, as late as a few short months ago, our fearless leader at the very top was trying to get these people amnesty, and he nearly pulled it off.

I gave up on the Democrats in the early 1970s.  I gave up on the Senate in the mid 1990s.  I gave up on the Republicans in 2000.  I gave up on the President in 2001.  In 2007, I've nearly given up on my fellow citizens.

I wonder if our government knows what a precarious situation it is faced with.  The wigged out left hasn't trusted the government since the early 1970s.  Many others are disillusioned.  Now the right is coming to the conclusion that our government is filled with terrorist sympathizers and globalist traitors.  Our very sovereignty and the relinquishing of it is discussed with the same passion by our leaders, as you and I would use to convey our preference for coffee additives.

Our leaders would rather see open borders and free trade that verges on the insane, than controlled borders, sovereignty and reasoned trade.  We are headed for an FTAA that dictates all laws in the United States will be determined by two representatives from every nation in North, Central and South America.  Hugo Chavez' government will have as many votes at his disposal determining our governance, as our own representatives on the America's Commission will.

All this matters not to our leaders.  It matters not to our citizens.  Very few can even be found on this forum who will acknowledge the danger we face.  The deaths of citizens at the hands of MS-13 pale in comparison to this, IMO, but that is where we are headed.

We have moved so many people in from other parts of the world that I am not sure if a majority of our nation gets it at all any longer.

Our universities are breading grounds for contempt.  Our media loathes the values of the forefathers that gave them the freedom to destroy us.

I've never seen a more contemptable group of sons-of-bitches in my life, who have been given the honor to serve us and yet have essentially taken advantage of that honor to destroy us.

This nation is going to hell in a handbasket.  We are enabling our enemies on our soil and on foreign soil to develop the means to destroy us as fast as we can.

When and if they do, by God we will deserve it.  We face two fates today.  We can tell our government that we know what it is up to and that it must stop or else, or we can stick our heads in the sand for another five to ten years and endure the consequences.

There is much talk today of constructionist judges.  Frankly, at the moment I am more concerned about a deconstructionist President and Congress.  We need to gutt this massive government bloat and get back to loyalist grass roots patriotism.  It will be a government where traitors need not apply.

It's a big task.  The stakes are high.  I think we could pull it off.  I just don't see the fire in the belly to get the job done though.  No, too many of us are worried if some foreign national will get his/her feelings hurt.  We're too busy to march on Washington and shut the damned place down just like the Mexicans need to do in Mexico City.

Their government doesn't give a flying fig about them and ours doesn't give a s--t about us.  Both are too busy lining their own pockets and the pockets of their friends to care about Uncle Sam or the Mexican red white and green any longer.

You may not like it, but there's your answer to what's going on.

DoughtyOne already made most of the good comments.

But just to reinforce what you said:

MS-13 -- and the Mexican government sponsored gangs who don't have the same visibility - are in fact enemy paramilitary organizations, committing acts of armed aggression against citizens in the United States.

This makes them Enemy Combatants under Mr. Bush's own definition.

Such aggressors are considered Terrorists, and accorded the harshest retaliation under all National and International law.

And that's precisely how we should regard them.

NOT as "misunderstood immigrants".

“If the government waits, and hell breaks out here in the USA, our citizens will not be asking to see any documentation. They will go after anyone they think an illegal immigrant based on race first and many honest, law-abiding US citizens of Mexican, Central and South American decent are going to be hurt badly! This should not happen, but the government has set the stage for it to happen. It’s utter madness! If this ever happens, hold the politicians accountable.”

It could not have been said any clearer than that.

It's deer season in Va. What's preventing an MS-13 season? they're are not hard to spot, they all seem to have MS tatoo's all over themselves. They might look good strapped to the hood of a ford bronco....

If you don’t own a firearm, shame on you. Don’t forget at least 1,000 rounds of +P ammo. Know your weapon and insure those around whom you love and call family are capable of pulling down on the scruge target. Don’t expect Government to help, they won’t. Know where you are going after death and pray plenty.

That is a hyperbolic logical fallacy. Just because people aren't advocating executions of gang members does not mean they care more about Iraqis than Americans.

They are not “immigrants” when they break into my house, and it’s the same when they break into my country. They are trespassers. Illegal aliens. Invaders.

From the US Border Patrol:

WHAT IS AN ARMY? (The invasion of the USA)

The United States of America spent over forty years defending itself against a terrible foe. That foe was the Soviet Union.

The United States built 70,000 nuclear weapons of 65 different types to protect ourselves from a Soviet army of two million men. That two million man army was composed of Christians (the govenment leaders were definately not Christian) who were responsible for fine art, fine music, the first man in space and rockets to the moon.

What makes up an army? An army is made of men between the age of 15 and 35.

What comes across our border by the millions each year? Men between the ages of 15 and 35.

Afghan drug lords are now teamed with Mexican drug cartels to flood our cities with heroin. In Mexico, this Muslim Connnection to the drug cartels has brought beheadings to the streets of border towns. Many Mexican cities are now surrounded by Mexican Army troops and tanks — all to quel the violence. The city of Tijuana had its entire 3,000 man police force disarmed and replaced with Mexican Federal Troops.

What we have below are two images. One is of an enemy we fought tooth and claw for seventy years nearly bankrupting our country. The other we today invite across our border with welfare, free medical care, and more. The centers of many American cities are now controlled by MS-13 and others of the most violent gangs in America’s entire history. These gangs want to kill police and federal agents to rise in reputation among their own kind. Our prisons are now filled with a violent criminal class never seen before anywhere on earth.

In all of the 70 years of the Soviet Union — including the years of the proxy war of Vietnam.— they killed fewer Americans in total than Mexican Illegal Aliens do inside this country in a single year.

What is our Border Patrol to do when these people invade our country? Run and hide....... what they are to do when these Mexican gangs or the Mexican Army invade our country.

Glen Beck had a Texas border sheriff on his show the other night. The sheriff, a guy named West, said the Mexican Army at times places squads of troops as far as 15 miles into U.S. territory. He said these soldiers are there to protect a drug corridor that runs up to Dallas. He said his deputies chased some of these guys back across the border and they were fired at by Mexican troops with 50-caliber sniper rifles. He said the feds were nowhere on this problem.

Alrighty, then...I don’t see where this one has been pinged yet.

And it is chock full of good, insightful comments thanks to some of the more well-known anti-illegal immigration thinkers here at FR.

More good weekend reading material, folks!

According to my wife who was born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, MS13 are (I think) a pretty nasty Salvadorian gang who don’t care about anything and would as well sell drugs as brin Al Qaeda over a border.

My wife refers to the area south and slightly west of the Mexico embassy in Los Angeles as being a dangerous Salvadorian neighborhood.
That is the impression I got from her anyway.

Bad people!
